Supply and fix Cable jointing kit for 11 KV grade cable for outdoor termination heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured Al conductor cable of size 50 to 95 Sqmm 3 Core.

Supply, Laying and testing cable XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded galvanized steel strip or wire armoured electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 V grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 240 Sqmm, 3.5 core, complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in trenches,in any type of soil, n exe 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth and getting out complete all as specified and directed. Note :-Due care will be given while deciding pipeline route for excavation,however any damages to singnal/BSNL/MES HT/LT cables/existing pipes (water/sewage)/existing drain/road etc.while excavation will be made good by the contractor and cost of the same for jointing material & labour is deemed to be included in the cost of excavation.

Returning filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25cm thick complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing excavated material not exc 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for sand cushioning in trenches spreading and consolidation 8 cm thick before laying the cable & 15 cm of sand after laying the cable, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for Bricks well burnt sub class 'B' (old patter) laid flat for cable protection width equal to the length of brick, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

Supplying and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class HVP, type 1 with peak, size 300mmx180mmx40mm

Earthing complete with galvanized iron earth plate electrode 600x600x6 mm thick buried directly in ground vertically with its top edge not less than 2.25 m below ground level. The earth plate shall be covered with 300 mm thick mixture charcoal dust and salt all around below and top. The earth plate shall be covered to GI Strip 32x6 mm thick GI bolt nuts and washers strip shall be taken into and incl test point including 40mm dia light grade pipe galvanized 3m long and 30 cm perforated at bottom and plugged with GI tubing at top complete all as per electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part I as directed. The rate includes for all earth works in any type of soil GI strips up to test point charcoal dust soft watering pipe funnel complete and testing of completion, all as specified and directed.

Outsourcing of services during 24 Hours all days ( including sunday and holidays ) for Maintenance and servicing of all entire system at Dug Well No 8 and Long turn water supply installation including skilled and unskilled manpower from the next day after completion upto defect liability period complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Scope of work is as under :-(a) The contractor shall employ skilled technician and unskilled man power for maintaining the plants for checking of electrical parameters of the installed plant, recording of all electrical parameters viz Voltage, Current , Energy generation, SCADA Parameters on daily basis and also services indcluding Cleaning and maintenance Weekly and other related work as required on site as specified. (b) In case, the contractor fails to provide manpower like technician, services at mentioned above within 12 hours and any delay thereafter, recovery of Rs 500.00 per day shall be deducted from the dues of contractor by the department without any notice.

Note:- Schedule of credit of Rs. 88,750.00 will be deducted from total amount quoted while accepting the bid. Details of schedule of credit is given in tender documents.
