Taking down the defective ceiling fan of any sweep and make after disconnecting electrically & mechanically and transporting to the work shop dismantling, examine & carry out the repairs as required and brought back to site, re-fixing, testing in all respect for smooth running and comprising of the following:- (a) Servicing/overhauling the ceiling fan by thoroughly cleaning the bearing, shaft, stator, rotor & applying the lubricant / grease to the bearing etc.

(b) Re-winding the burnt/short circuited winding with same guage supper enameled copper wire.

(c)Painting of ceiling fan by applying one coats of synthetic enamel paint after preparation of surface complete.

Taking down the repairable exhaust fan of 300 MM / 380 MM sweep, any make, single phase, 230 volts, 50 hz, AC after disconnecting electrically and mechanically and transporting to the work shop dismantling, examine & carry out the repairs as required and brought back to site, re-fixing, testing in all respect for smooth running and comprising of the following:- (a) Servicing/overhauling the exhuast fan by thoroughly clelaning the bearing, shaft, stator, rotor & applying the lubricant / grease to the bearing etc.

(b) Re-winding the burnt/shourt circuited winding with same gauge supper enameled copper wire .

(c) Painting of Exhaust fan by applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint after preparation of surface complete.

To facilitate in attending Electrical complaint of internal electrification in residential and technical area of DIAT (DU) and MILIT with qualified Two electricians, One electrician for DIAT(DU) Area and one electrician for MILIT Area including carrying out following nature of job all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge:- (a) To attend any type of no light complaint . (b) Replacement of UNSV switches /sockets/switch socket combinations of 6A/16A as per site requirement. (c) Replacement of defective/UNSV MCBs/MCCBs in DBs as directed . (d) Replacement of defective /UNSV tube lights fitting any type /size ,ceiling fitting recessed/surface etc . (e) Replacement of fused tube rods/CFL /LED bulb/LED light fitting any type and any capacity. (f) Repair to ceiling fan/exhaust fan/wall fan incl replacement of condensor etc and making it functional. (g) Checking and Repairing of switch boards removing short circuit if any and replacament of burnt wires etc (h) Replacement of broken switch boards any type and any sizes. Note - ( i) Two Electrician from 0900 Hrs to 1700 Hrs. (ii) Electrician shall be employed on all working days incl Sundays and holidays . (iii) The electrician who is on duty must be provided with common mobile cell to facilitate and render good services to the users and the same shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate. (iv) Complaint slip to be collected daily from complaint cell and same shall be returned to the complaint cell on completion of job. (v) All relevant norms and IE rules provisions shall be adhered while working on electric circuits and necessary protective devises and tools required shall be inclusive of the provisions and the same shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate. (vi) Contractor shall provide all tools required for attending complaint with proper tool bag. (vii) Any emergency LT fault shall be rectified as per direction of Engr-in-charge/JE E/M (viii) If individual remains absent on site, contractor shall make an alternative arrangement ,If contractor fails to make such arrangement recovery shall be made at double the quoted rate as specified in Sch A.

Taking out carefully existing defective sealed compressor of window type AC 1.5/2 ton capacity by dismantling the same, supply and fixing new sealed compressor as per existing model and make including bracing, leak testing, vacuuming charging the oil, refrigerant as required to maintain design grill temperature, testing and commissioning in all respect all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per item No 85 above but for split type AC 1.5 / 2 ton capacity.

Taking out defective fan blade and supplying and fixing new blades for water cooler of 40/80/100 liters capacity complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Taking out old PVC conduit condensation water pipe 20 mm dia from indoor unit to ground floor by using new PVC conduit ISI mark condensation water pipe 20 mm dia, fixing/laying on wall by using clamps and insert into wall by making hole and grouting with cement mortar complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down old metallic socket neutral enclosures single pole with 2 pin and supply and fixing, new single pole and neutral enclosure with 2 pin and earth plug socket complete with one SP MCB-240 volts, 32 amps fixed on sheet metal encloser complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down window type AC of any capacity / make/ model from existing position and carry out the servicing by cleaning the unit with water, tightening the terminal connections to avoid loose connections, applying the oiling/greasing to fan motor, bearings all as specified for smooth running including cleaning the air filter/check the thermometer setting etc. and directed by Engineer in charge.

All as per item No 98 above but for split type AC 1.5-3.0 ton capacity.

Taking down from existing position storage type water cooler of any capacity and make and servicing the same by cleaning of water tank, cleaning condensing unit by hand blower and including supply and replacement of damaged aluminium hinges, wiring with PVC insulated copper wire of same gauge, PVC drain pipe 25 mm dia, 1.5 m length, servicing/oiling/greasing of condenser motor with supply and replacement of mounting rubber bushes, tightening of all loose parts, contacts, wiring, nuts, bolts, complete including re-fixing in original position, testing and commissioning to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.
