Providing and laying cement concrete in retaining walls,return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, columns, piers, abutments, pillars, posts,struts, buttresses, string or lacing courses, parapets,coping, bed blocks, anchor blocks, plain window sills,fillets, sunken floor etc., up to floor five level, including the cost of centering, shuttering and finishing 1:5:10 (one cement : five coarse sand) : ten graded stone aggregate 40 mm(forty millimetre) nominal size)as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including entire carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidents.

Providing weep holes in brick/stone masonry/ plain/ reinforced concrete abutment, wing walls, return walls, retaining walls with 100mm ( one hundred millimeter) dia PVC pipe De plast /finolex/vectus having pressure 4kg per sqmt (four kilogram) per square meter extending through the full width of the structures with slopes of I(V): 20(H)(twenty ) towards drawing face complete as per drawing and technical specification clauses 614, 709, 1204.3.7 and as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including entire carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidents.The rates are inclusive octrol, royality, Malkana,toll tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying coment concrete 1:4:8 (one cement :four sand :eight graded crushed/broken stone aggregate 40mm(forty millimetre) nominal size and curing complete, excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including entire carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidents.The rates are inclusive octrol, royality, Malkana,toll tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Brick work using common burnt clay building bricks in structure in cement mortar 1:3 (one cement : three sand) in first class bricks with in all leads lift of materials as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including entire carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidents.The rates are inclusive octrol, royality, Malkana,toll tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Steel work welded in built up sections,trusses and framed work,including cutting ,hoisting ,fixing in position and applying a priming coat of red lead paint. In beams joists channels ,angles ,tee ,flats with connecting plates or angle cleats as in main and cross beams,hip and jack rafters,purlins connected to common rafters and the like as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including entire carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidents. The rates are inclusive octrol, royality, Malkana,toll tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

15mm(fifteen millimetre) cement plaster in two coats backing coat 10mm(ten millimetre) and finishing coat 5mm thick on fair side of brick masonry/stone masonry/concrete walls for interior plastering upto floor two level including arrises,internal rounded angles,chamfers and/or rounded angles not exceeding 80mm(eighty millimetre) in girth and finished even and smooth Cement Mortar 1:6 (one cement: six sand) as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including entire carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidents. The rates are inclusive octrol, royality, Malkana,toll tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Finishing wall with weather proof exterior grade emulsion of approved design (Asian paint) or its equarlied on undecorated wall surfaces (two coats) to give an even shade and final finish after throughly cleaning the surface to remove all dirt, dust and other foreign matter etc including sand paper smooth complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including entire carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidents. The rates are inclusive octrol, royality, Malkana,toll tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Painting two coats (excluding priming coat) on new steel and other metal surfaces with enamel paint to give an even shade including cleaning the surfaces of all dirt, dust and other foreign matters as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including entire carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidents. The rates are inclusive octrol, royality, Malkana,toll tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.
