Surface excavation n.exc 30cm deep and averaging 15 cm deep and getting out complete all as directed.

Removing excavated material to a distance n exc 50 m and depositing where directed at level n exc 1.5m above the starting point complete all as directed.

Rolling and consolidating formation surfaces in cutting using 8 to 10 Tonne power roller complete all as directed.

M& L for 150 mm thick Soling (or sub base) in TWO layer (Each layer 75 mm thickness) with broken boulders or quarried stone, inter stices filled, surface formed and rolled and consolidated to required gradient and camber complete all as directed.

M& L for 150mm thick (compacted thickness) in TWO layer (Each layer 75 mm thickness) water bound macadam with coarse aggregate of grading 2 (63mm to 40mm size) or of grading 3 (50 to 20 mm size) , of granite stone or basalt spread, rolled and consolidated to required level , camber and gradient complete all as directed

Preparation of unsurfaced WBM surface by brushing with wire brushes for removing cake mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finaly fanning the cleaned surface with compressed air to remove all loose, dirt etc and applying evenly a primming / tack coat with bituminous primer at 10 kg per 10 sqm, complete all as directed.

M&L for bituminous premix asphaltic semi dense concrete (SDAC) 40 mm thick (mixed in central computerized hot mix plant) consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder content by weight of total mix compacted to required camber and gradient using mechanical self propelled paver and rolled with mechanical vibratory power roller 8 to 12 tonnes capacity, complete all as directed.

M&L Preparation of new or previously treated surfaces and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.00 mm thick including thermoplastic paint @ 5.5 Kg(MOST) and reflectorising glass beads @ 250 gm/sqm area, thickness of 2.00 mm is inclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC: 53. complete all as directed
