Outsourcing for Manning & Operation of 11 KV Bulk receiving stn regularly along with HT circuit breakers operation of incoming and outgoing feeders, Transformers and LT distribution panel boards at 11 KV HT bulk Recieving Electric Service Sub-station/ TAG Location power house (Restricted outstation Gurugram) by deploying tradesmen having adequate experience to handle E/M machinery of any type with two electrician in Each shift of 8 hrs, duration of three shift 06.00 AM to 02.00 PM, 02.00PM to 10.00 PM and 10.00 PM to 6.00 AM daily (including sunday & holiday) as specified and directed. (Total Electrician- 06 Nos, Total strengh- 06 person) The operator will maintain log book for installation and shall be responsible for keeping the area around the installation clean by cutting grass, green vegetation and keep neat and clean at installation campus attending emergency break down during odd hours on required basis as per direction of JE/ Engr-in-Charge. The installation required to be manned for the following elect eqpts:- (a) HT Switch gear with VCBs - 04 Nos (b) Transformer 1000 KVA - 03 Nos. (c) LT Panels- (d) DG Set- - 380 KVA - 1 No.

Outsourcing for Manning and operation of 3x120 TR capacity HVAC plant comprising with chiller units compressor, air cooled condenser unit, interconnecting refrigerant piping, Chilled water pipe line, water pump sets, Heating Unit, AHU- 08 Nos, connected LT panel board, water pipe line, DG Set 380 KVA and connected accessories complete at TAG location (Restricted outstation Gurugram) of Cabinet Sectt by deploying tradesmen having adequate experience and qualification to handle AC plant machinery, round the clock (with Sunday and Holiday) with one trademan in each shift of 8 hrs in duration of three shift from 06:00 AM to 02:00 PM, 02:00 PM to 10:00 PM and 10:00 PM to 06:00 AM complete all as directed and One Tradesman/ Operator deploying in General Shift of 8 hrs daily including Sunday & Holiday from 09.00AM to 05.00PM (Total Tradesmen - 04 Nos)

Note for BOQ item No 2.00:- (i) The operator will be responsible for cleaning of AC plant and connected accessories including AHU, LT panel, eqpt room etc inside and around the installation. (ii) The contractor shall be responsible to reinstate and make good at his own expense, the damage if any caused by his workmen etc., to existing buildings, E&M equipments, Machineries and connected accessories complete. (iii) The contractor shall provide the neccessary T&P and Safety equipemnts at installations as required. (iv) The operator will maintain log sheet for installation as directed. (v) The plant shall be run by the deploying skilled operator with proper experience. (vi) The contractor shall be provieded specifiy good quality uniform with nameplate to operator.

Note for BOQ item No 1.00 to 2.00:- (i) Daily maintenance and cleaning of AOR i.e. pump houses, power house and plants etc., including LT panel room, eqpt room their inside and out side surrounding area complete. Fortnightly complete respective area to be santitized with disinfection chemicals as directed. (ii) Contractor shall arrange proper uniform with name plate on shirt for the operators and its cost shall be deemed to be inclusive in the quoted rates, failing which Rs. 100/- per person/per shift will be deducted from his dues. (iii) The contractor shall be responsible to reinstate and make good at his own expense, the damage if any caused by his workmen etc., to existing buildings,E&M equipments, Machineries,Cables and connected accessories complete. (iv) The contractor shall be provide the neccessary T&P and Safety equipemnts at installations as required and as directed by department, failing which Rs. 500/- per day will be deducted from his dues. (v) In case of any break down, shut down or tripping of VCBs, operator will immediately inform to department without delay and sufficient staff shall also be arranged by contractor for un-interrupted supply. (vi) Normal maintenance of DG Sets like cleaning and checking of all accessories Battery and routine test as required. (vii) Log book records for each installation shall be supplied by the contractor after approval of format by department and record to be updated by the operator. (viii) Operation of pump installation of any capacity and run the pump time to time as on required basis. Normal maint of Pumping sets and tightening nut bolt washers and tightened with gland packings as reqd complete. (x) For payment of minimum wages to the workers provisions shall be strictly followed by the contractor.

(xi) The contractor shall quote the rate for deputing the manpower and reliever arrangement as per labour laws. (xii) In case of any break down, any additional manpower required shall be arranged by the contractor at no extra cost to the Govt. (xiii) Operator shall be ITI qualified having minimum two years of experience in maintenance and operation of Water supply installation. Qualification and experience certificates of the manpower to be deployed shall be submitted by contractor for prior approval of Engr-in-Charge in writing. (xiv) The staff deployed for manning/operation of the installations will not leave the installation under any circumstances before handing over the plant to Next shift duty otherwise penalty @ Rs. 1000/- per shift per day or double the Govt labour rate which ever higher will be recovered from the contractor. (xv) Daily log sheet, Attendance register and Maintenance register shall be maintained and signed by each shift tradesman supervisor and contractor. (xvi) The payment of Contractor's employee shall be made through nationalized bank account of individual only. Contractor will submit the bank account details/pass book of individual within 15 days of acceptance/ issue of work order otherwise recovery will be made a sum of Rs. 500/- per day per employee. (xvii) Contractor shall submit the payment proof i.e. passbook of bank account/Bank statement at the time of submission of RAR.

Notes for Item Nos 1.00 to 2.00:- (i) The estimated cost of the work in respect of BOQ Sr item Nos 1.00 to 2.00 (as based on minimum wages rates issued vide Central/ State) is Rs 35,93,200/-. If the quoted amount is found less than the estimated cost of Sr item Nos 1.00 to 2.00 of BOQ and tender of lowest bidder is considered for acceptance, then the lowest bidder shall have to deposit FDR in favour of Accepting officer for the difference in estimated cost and Accepted amount in respect of BOQ Srl item Nos 1.00 to 2.00 within 30 days from date of acceptance. In case the said FDR is not submitted within 30 days, the amount in question shall be recovered from contractor’s first RAR/ Final bill, whichever is earlier. However the FDR/ recovered amount shall be released to the contractor after satisfactory completion of work.
