If Tenderer is sole proprietor: Affidavit on Stamp paper of appropriate value declaring that his/her concern is a Proprietary concern or any other documents such as GST Certificate, PAN Card of firm Name etc. is to be submitted. 2. If Tenderer is partnership firm: Notarized partner ship deed Original/Notarized power of attorney. 3. If Tenderer is JV/Limited Company: Copy of Memorandum and Articles of Association of the company. Power of Attorney (duly registered/notarized as per prevailing law) by the company authorizing the person to do/act on behalf of the company. 4. If Tenderer is Company: Copies of MOA (Memorandum of Association) & AOA (Articles of Association) of the company. Power of attorney duly registered/notarized by the company in favour of the individual signing the tender on behalf of the company. Resolution of Board of directors in regards of approving Power of attorney issued. 5. If Tenderer is Society: Attested copy of the certificate of registration. Deed of formation. Power of attorney in favour of the tender signatory. 6. Copy of PAN number and TIN number etc

Please enter the percentage of local content in the material being offered. Please enter 0 for fully imported items, and 100 for fully indigenous items. The definition and calculation of local content shall be in accordance with the Make in India policy as incorporated in the tender conditions.

No post tender correspondence for submission of additional documents shall be entertained after opening of the Technical & Commercial offers. Even suomoto post tender letters of the tenders shall be treated as NULL & Void.

The Railway reserves the right to verify all statements, information and documents submitted by the bidder in his tender offer, and the bidder shall, when so required by the Railway, make available all such information, evidence and documents as may be necessary for such verification. Any such verification or lack of such verification, by the Railway shall not relieve the bidder of its obligations or liabilities hereunder nor will it affect any rights of the Railway there under.

After opening of the tender, any document pertaining to the constitution of Sole Proprietorship Firm / Partnership Firm / Registered Company/ Registered Trust / Registered Society / HUF etc. shall be neither asked nor considered, if submitted. Further, no suo moto cognizance of any document available in public domain (i.e., on internet etc.) or in Railway's record/office files etc. will be taken for consideration of the tender, if no such mention is available in tender offer submitted.

Any bidder from a country which shares land border with India will be eligible to bid in this tender only if the bidder is registered with the competent authority.

All bidders are required to go through tender documents , relevant annexures, tender forms etc. attached with tender for detailed tender conditions before submitting their bid online on website.

Feasibility Report is included as Annexure-I of Schedule-B of Draft EPC Agreement. Bidders may please note that the Feasibility Report of the Project is being provided only as a preliminary reference document by way of assistance to the Bidders who are expected to carry out their own surveys, investigations and other detailed examination of the Project before submitting their Bids. Nothing contained in the Feasibility Report shall be binding on the Authority nor confer any right on the Bidders, and the Authority shall have no liability whatsoever in relation to or arising out of any or all content of the Feasibility Report.

All documents uploaded and remarks / confirmation entered by the bidders against any eligibility condition shall be opened as part of technical bid only.

IRSEM or SECR HQ issued Drawings shall be followed for execution of work. If any drawing is not available then Competent authority shall issue drawing for the same.
