Disconnecting,dimanling and taking out the defective/ non functional desert cooler of any description and in any position and any floor installed at direct approch (where any ladders and other T&P are not required to remove the desert cooler from position) strip opening of desert cooler, cleaning servicing oiling & greasing etc of desert cooler taking out and removing unserviceable/defective parts and internal wiring, replacement of unserviceable & damaged parts and internal wiring, reassembling & testing of the desert cooler complete all as specified and directed Note :- (i) The replacement of defective/ nonfuctional parts shall be measured & paid separatly as ` supply only' under respective item of BOQ/schedule 'A' and fixing charges for new items are deemed to be included under this item and replacement of unserviceable/damaged body portion i.e panel/switch board/Pump/Motor/bottom/top/grills/frame etc of the desert cooler shall also be measured and paid for separatly under appropriate item of schedule `A' . (ii) The rate for above items are deemed to include for transportation to & from of vertical pumps/fan motor to workshop as approved by Engr-in-charge for necessary repairs, alignment and testing of pump and motor at workshop & replacement of necessary unserviceable screws/nuts, bolts/washer/packing etc with new one.

Supply only the following parts for existing desert cooler of any description, any capacity, any make and in any position complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (i) Make of the parts must be same as per existing desert cooler (ii) The cost of fixing and testing of spare parts is deemed to be included under BOQ/schedule 'A' serial item No 1.00 here-in-before (a) 15 mm dia PVC flexible water pipe

(b) PVC distributor 3 way for 15 mm dia water distribution

(c ) 1.5 sqmm 3 core PVC insulated copper cable round type suitable for 1100 volts grade Make:- Havells/L&T or as approved.

(d) Submerciable pump, PVC body, for desert cooler single phase, 230 volt AC flow rate 1100LPH, Max head 1850 mm Make:- Balaji or equivalent as approved

(e) PVC switch board with and incl piano type switch 5 Amps-02 Nos one way and 1 No selctor switch 4 way 15 Amp 230 volts for speed control and one red indicator incl wiring complete as directed

(f) Air curtain panels (side and back removale panels) of any description and size for different size of desert coolers made to shape and size with using 20 SWG guage PGI sheets as per requirement incl necessary moulding etc to suit the existing desert cooler openings

(g) aluminium fan blade (set of three blades) for desert cooler motor of any description to match existing motor

(h) Wood wool pads of required size as apporved (three in each) for desert cooler)

(j) desert cooler fan motor of existing make/model/ capcity/sweep, 900/1400 RPM including making connection complete all as specified and directed

(k) Chicken wire mess having hexagonal wire mesh 15mm size mesh and 0.5mm dia of wire for supporting to the wood wool pads.

(l) Front grills of existing shape and size and made out of 20 SWG PGI sheet.

(m) 15mm bore ball brass valves high pressure with polythene float and fly nut complete

(n) 15mm bore Gun metal gate valve with iron wheel head, screwed both end for iron pipe Make:- NMC/BIR/Leader

(o ) PVC connection pipe 15mm size 450 mm length complete with PTMT nuts on both ends.

M&L for preparation of steel surfaces of desert cooler and applying one coats of synthetic enamelled paint(blue) on all exterior surfaces and applying one coat of black bituminous paint on all interior surfaces including bottom surfaces complete all as specified and directed

Disconnecting & taking out the non -functional voltage corrector (stabilizer of any description and in any position & strip opening of voltage corrector (stabilizer) of following capacity single phase air cooled of any make, taking out unserviceable/defective wiring & parts, cleaning and servicing complete incl replacement of unserviceable parts with new one and unserviceable wiring with new PVC insulated and unseathed stranded copper conductor cable of existing size, reassembling, connecting and testing incl cleaning the exposed surfaces of stabilizer complete all as specified and directed Note:- Replacement of unserviceable parts shall be measured and paid separatly as supply only (a) 7.5 to 10 KVA

(ii) The rate for above items are deemed to include for transportation of dehumidifier to & from work shop as approved by Engr-in-charge for necessary repair and testing & replacement of necessary unserviceable screws/nuts/bolts/washer/packing etc with new one.
