Material and labour for Repairs to pot holes any depth not exceeding 1.00 Sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud or water, scouring sunken surfaces in roads, path etc cutting edges at least 25 mm depth and making good by applying tack coat with bitumen @ 5 kg / X Sqm, putting in premix bituminous macadam using paving bitumen of grade VG-30 well rammed and sealed with binder @ 9.80 kg mixed with 0.09 cum of stone chippings 6.3 mm size per 10 Sqm and again well rammed including supply of premixed macadam, binder and chipings, depth of pot holes exc. 30mm thick, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in- charge. Note as per MORTH Specification: (i) Loose material and standing water shall be brushed from the area to be repaired. (ii) Potholes shall be cut to vertical sides and deepened to reach sound material . (iii) Fill the patch with the granular mix in layers of about 75mm at a time. Each layer shall be compacted with hand rammers or with small vibratory compactors. The patch shall be compacted to the correct shape. (iv)100% quantity of Pot holes shall be marked and checked by Engineer-in-charge before commencement of work and shall also be entered in MB with reference to permanent objects before starting carpeting work. (v) Rate quoted by contractor shall deemed to be including of supply of premixed macadam binder and chippings

Material and Labour for providing and laying Premix Bituminous macadam of consolidated thickness not exceeding 75mm, using paving bitumen binder of grade VG-30 @ and binder content of 3.4 % by weight of total mix with mixing of aggregates and VG-30 bitumen in electronic operated 100-120 TPH batch type hot mix plant, transporting the hot mix from HMP to work site by tippers and laying with hydrostatic paver finisher (Paver shall not be compulsory in case of patch work using B.M.) and as per approved mix and rolled & compacted to required camber and gradient with 8 to 12 tonne smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem roller, complete all as per Clause 504 MoRTH (5th Rev) specification and as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.. NOTES : 1. The contractor shall quote the rate against Item considering 3.4% VG-30 bitumen content. Job Mix Formula as per CI. No. 505.3.3 of MORTH (5th Rev) for BM shall be worked out from Govt Lab / Govt Engineering Collage / CTL for obtaining optimum binder content (OBC) by the Contractor without any financial effect to the Dept and same be submitted to the Accepting officer for approval. Any variation in binder content on minus side shall be adjusted @ 50/ per kg of binder and no adjustment shall be made on plus side. 2. The BM shall be covered with top layer / wearing course within in a maximum of 48 hours. If there is to be any delay, by the contractor the course shall be covered by seal coat to the requirement of Clause 512 of MORTH (5th Rev) before opening to the traffic. The seal coat in such cases shall be considered incidental to the work and shall not be paid for separately. 3. Contractor shall intimate the planned date of incorporation of mix in advance to GE. Premix will be approved in writing by Rep of Accepting Officer at plant site before incorporation of the same in the work

Material and Labour for preparing existing black top surface by brushing with wire brushed for removing caked mud etc sweeping with brooms and finally fanning to cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc from black top surface , Applying evenly a premix /tack coat with bitumen grade VG-10 @ 5.0 Kg per ten Sqm complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying and laying Premix Bituminous concrete 30mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder (paving bitumen of grade VG-30) content by weight of total mix and crushed aggregates of grading 2 with mixing of agrgregates and VG-30 bitumen in electronic operated 100-120 TPH batch type hot mix plant, transporting the hot mix from HMP to work site by tippers and laying with hyrdostatic paver finisher and as per approved mix and rolled & compacted to required camber and gradient with 8 to 12 tonne smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem roller, complete all as per Clause 507 MORTH (5th Rev) specification and as specified and directed. NOTES : 1. The contractor shall quotes the rate against Item considering 5.5% VG-30 bitumen content. Job Mix Formula as per CIause. No. 505.3.3 of MORTH (5th Rev) for BC shall be worked out from Govt Lab / Govt Engineering Collage / CTL for obtaining Optimum Binder Content (OBC) by the Contractor without any financial effect to the Dept and same be submitted to the Accepting officer for approval. Any variation in binder content on minus side shall be adjusted @ Rs 50/per kg of binder and no adjustment shall be made on plus side. 2. Cost of filler i.e. cement (Ordinary portland cement/OPC) is deemed to be included in quoted unit rate. 3. After spreading of mix as per clause 507.4.7 entire surface during the operation shall be rolled with road roller 8-10 tonne (smooth wheeled) followed with vibratory road roller of 8-10 tonne static weight, followed by finished rolling with 6 to 8 tonne smooth wheel tendom roller as per Clause Nos. 507.4.8 and cost of the same is deemed to be included in quoted unit rate. 4. Contractor shall intimate the planned date of incorporation of mix in advance to GE. Premix will be approved in writing by Rep of Accepting Officer at plant site before incorporation of the same in the work

Material and labour for 2.5mm thick road marking thermo plastic reflective paint to be carried out mechanically with hot application of material (painting material @ 5 Kg /Sqm ) and glass beads @ 250 gm / Sqm confirming to CI No. 803.4 of MoRTH in strips of 100mm / 150 mm width on road surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing two way (dual direction) reflective road studs (Cat eye) of polycarbonate moulded body of dimensions 100mm x 110mm x 20 mm with red / yellow /amber reflective panels and fixing the same on road surface by applying approximately 100 gm Epoxy mixture and placing the cat eye without applying excessive pressure and additional fixed with 12 mm dia and 120 mm long zinc plated steel nail at the centre of cat eye complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge..

Supply and fixing solar road stud having 3 LED as approved by GE of colour Red/Yellow to a side (total 6 Nos.) housed in a tough pressure die casted aluminium alloy of size 125mm x 125mm or 120mm x 130mm with built in stem of suitable length for fixing with epoxy, LEDs solar cells battery & light sensor well protected inside under tough unbreakable polycarbonate transparent sheet top system, workable for 2-3 days (night) after full charge in 8 to 10 Hrs. complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer -in-charge.

Supply and fixing Dual direction delineator on powder coated Steel Pipe of 900 to 1000 mm height with two Nos. high performance 100mm dia reflectors and two rectangular reflectors of 70mm x 23mm are fixed on both sides of guide post . Reflector are positioned at the best eye guiding level and fixing in cement concrete (1:2:4) type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate with size of block 300mm x 300mm x 350mm deep including excavation and earth work in any strata complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note: - The rate of cement concrete (1:2:4) type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate with size of block 300mm x 300mm x 350mm including excavation and earth work is included in the this item and nothing extra shall be paid on this account.

Supply & Fixing Convex Mirror of 1000mm dia made from long life poly carbonate with strong impact resistant and shattler proof fitted with a sun shield or protective hood of colour as approved by GE and 75 mm dia Mild Steel pipe duly painted of approved colour of suitable length as directed including fixing in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate with size of block 450mm x 450mm x 600mm deep including excavation and earthwork complete all as specified and directed by Eng-in-Charge. Note: The rate of cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate with size of block 450mm x 450mm x 600mm deep and excavatio & earth work in any strata is included in this item and nothing shall be paid extra on this account.

Dismantling stone slabs and tiles (laid dry or laid dry and pointed ) of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material & Labour for 100mm thick Plain cemtent concrete 1:4:8 Type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregates as in sub base complete finished even & rough complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for factory made Machine pressed precast rubber moulded interlocking paver block 80mm thick with grey cement and pigment, any shape and size conforming to IS 15658-2006 , made out of M-40 grade concrete, laid over and including 25mm thick layer of sand cushioning complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.Note: The rate of 25mm thick layer of sand cushioning is included in this item and nothing shall be paid extra on this account.

Material & Labour factory made precast cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregates as in kerb stone, quion block, apex stones etc, set in cement mortar (1:4) including formwork weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating kerb stone all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note:- Excavation and earthwork is included in this item and nothing shall be paid extra on this account.

Material & Labour for preparation of new or previously untreated concrete surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10cm width or girth and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint in different tints over a coat of apprpriate primer complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Note:- The contract sum shall be calculated by deducting the amount shown in Credit Schedule attached to this tender from total amount of Schedule 'A'/BOQ
