Excavating in trenches, not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth for pole foundation, cable trench, etc and getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in trenches, not exceeding 1.5m wide and exceeding 1.5m but not exceeding 3.00mtr in depth for pole foundation, cable trench, etc and getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in with excavated approved soil, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm each complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated soil not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed. at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate in copings to poles & the like, etc including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating as directed. including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling old unserviceable concrete/steel pole 9 mtrs long with foundation and Supply and erect in position 9.00 mtr long prestressed cement concrete poles of cross section 102 x 172 mm at top and 102 x 279mm at bottom, class 10, conforming to IS-1678-1978 complete all as specified and directed. NOTE: Excavation and earth work and PCC for foundation shall be measured and paid for separately.

Dismantling old unserviceable concrete/steel pole 11 mtrs long with foundation and Supply and erect in position 11.00 mtr long prestressed cement concrete poles of cross section 152 x 152 mm at top and 152 x 260mm at bottom, class 9, conforming to IS-1678-1978 complete all as specified and directed. NOTE: Excavation and earth work and PCC for foundation shall be measured and paid for separately.

Dismantling carefully old unserviceable ACSR conductor from existing PCC/Steel poles & removing the same from site complete all as specified and directed

S & F ACSR conductor of any size as intimated by Engr-in-charge on load basis including stringing and fixing to insulators with proper size of binding wire complete all as specified and directed

Dismantling cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plates from existing poles (other than dismantled poles) and pole structures & removing the same from site complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, fabricating & fixing structural mild steel channel angle iron, flat iron and brackets etc for fabrications of cross arms, bracings, supports, D-clamps, stiffeners, eye hooks, bolts, pole clamps and back plates including nuts, bolts and washers, welding banding cold , or hot drilling holes for insulators bolts in any shape or size as indicated or directed and including painting the surfaces with two coats of aluminium paint over one red oxide primer coat complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Insulators shall be measured and paid for separately under respective items of BOQ

Dismantling insulators from HT OH line of any description, size and voltage grade & removing the same from site complete all as specified and directed

S&F Pin type, porcelain, vitreous, white, brown or green insulator, 150mm height, 150 mm diameter for 11000 volts grade including one galvanised mild steel spindle, two galvanised iron washer and one galvanised iron nut, complete confirming to IS 731-1971 all as specified and directed.

S&F single Disc type, porcelain, vitreous, white, brown or green insulator,145mm height, 225 mm diameter for 11000 volts grade including one galvanised mild steel spindle, two galvanised iron washer and one galvanised iron nut conforming to IS 731-1971 complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting of bushes & tree branches around HT/LT OH lines either by disconnecting conductors or in strained conductio upto 3mtr distance & removing from site complete all as specified & directed. Note:- Any damage to OH lines caused due to above shall be made good by the contractor without any extra cost ot the State. Nothing extra shall be paid on this account.

Cleaning & upkeeping of sub station area, surrounding area of transformer and clearing away all grass vegetation, sapplings, shrus, bushed under growth roots and trees not exc 30 cm girth (Measured 1 mtr above the ground level) and removing of rubbish to a distance of 50 mtr out side periphary complete all as specified and directed compleate all as specified and directed. Note:- Any damage to substation caused due to above shall be made good by the contractor without any extra cost ot the State. Nothing extra shall be paid on this account.

Restaining of existing sagged ACSR conductor of any size on OH line of any span length by disconecting the binding wire at one end of the conductor and re-binding after restretching to achieve proper sag including rebinding all jumpers at junction using new binding wire appropriate size all as specified and directed. Note:- Rate quoted by the contractor shall be deemed to include for cutting/trimming of tree branches wherever touching the over headline around one meter clear of over head line and removing trimmed branches to MES store yard and disposing off debris as directed. Nothing extra shall be paid on this account.

Supply and fix line seperator (Spacer) suitable for 04 Nos ACSR overhead conducter after restretching to achieve proper sag complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix line seperater (Spacer) suitable for 02 Nos ACSR overhead conducter all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of stay assembly complete with stay wire complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix stay assembly comprising of stay bow galvanized 14 mm dia x 400 mm long stay rod 20 mm 215 mm long with nuts, bolt, washer, MS stay plate, two Nos thimble clamps complete all as specified in electrical Plate No 1 of SSR Part-I complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Excavation and earthwork, PCC work shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply and fixing galvanised steel stay wire stranded 7/4 mm complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting and taking down of old unserviceable galvanized steel wire for earth continuity conductor main guard wire/stay wire etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 8 SWG (4mm dia/ or nearest) mild steel, galvanized wire laid for earth continuation main guarding wire with cradle including stringing properly and binding with 22 SWG steel binding wire complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for cutting under the black top road/hard standing/floor of size 0.30 x 0.30 mtr manually suitable to fix the GI pipe 80 mm under the road & making good the surfaces to match with existing complete all as specified and directed. Note-: S&F GI 80mm dia pipe shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item of BOQ.

Supply and laying for sand filling with clean dry fine sand unwashed including gently punning to required width at bottom and top of cable including spreading, leveling, watering in trenches for cable protection complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Punned thickness only shall be measured and paid.

Supply and laying brick protection over to LT underground cable with old size sub class 'B' bricks locally availabie dry laid flat across of the length of trench as in cable protection complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repair GI pipe light grade for cable protection of size 80mm dia laid in trenches/ducts or fixed to pole/wall including necessary fixing arrangements with clamp of suitable sizes complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out old unserviceable HT UG cable of size 95 sqmm, 3 core & Supply, laying, connecting and testing HT XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, armoured, heavy duty cable with aluminium stranded conductor of size 95 sqmm, 3 core, 11000 volts grade (Earthed), laid in trenches, passing through pipes/ducts, etc complete all as specified and directed. ( Excavation and earth work shall be measured and paid for separately).

Taking out old unserviceable HT UG cable of size 120 sqmm, 3 core & Supply, laying, connecting and testing HT XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, armoured, heavy duty cable with aluminium stranded conductor of size 120 sqmm, 3 core, 11000 volts grade (Earthed), laid in trenches, passing through pipes/ducts, etc complete all as specified and directed. S & F in repir danger notice plate 1.6mm thick MS Sheet, vitreous enamelled white, with letters figures and conventional skull and bones sign in signal red colour and fixed with MS Clamps, bolts and nuts of approved size for HT 25 x 20 cm size all as directed.

S&F in replair anti climbing device, spikes type fabricated out of MS bars (round, square and flat) including nuts, bolts, washers and welding in two halves made to shape and suit the cross section of the pole all as specified and directed

M & L for zebra painting with two coats of Ist quality synthetic enamel on HT/LT steel tubular swaged pole up to 1.5 meter height from pedestal in 30 cm height in black and white paints for LT and red and white for HT including scraching out old paint, cleaning the existing surface rust free & preparation of steel surface and painting the balance portion of the pole, cross arms, clamps, channels and bolts and nuts with two coats of aluminium paint and including writing the pole Nos of 50mm height letters/ figures with luminous acrylic PVC strip "MES(HT/LT) ____" (pole number) & one coat of white wash on concrete surace complete all as specified & directed.

M & L for zebra painting with two coats of Ist quality synthetic enamel on conrete pole up to 1.5 meter height from pedestal in 30 cm height in black and white paints for LT and red and white for HT including scraching out old paint, cross arms, clamps, channels and bolts and nuts with two coats of aluminium paint and including writing the pole Nos of 50mm height letters/ figures with luminous acrylic PVC strip "MES(HT/LT) ____" (pole number) & one coat of white wash on concrete surace complete all as specified & directed.

M & L for opening and dismantlling of unserviceable transformer of capacity 63 KVA to 400 KVA, 11 / 0.415 / 0.433 KV complete for replacement of unserviceable item/parts and reassembling, connecting & testing upto entire satisfaction of EIC after replacing / repairing the same complete all as directed. Note :- (a) Items / Parts replaced will be paid separately under the relavant items of BOQ (b) Following shall be carried out in the presence of BOO conveyed by GE Nasirabad :- (i) Opening and dismantlling of transformer (ii) Assembling , testing & commissioning of repaired transformer (iii) Stage inspection if any like weight of coils , No of coils , size of conductor/coil and number of turns , ID/OD of windings for record purpose.

Taking out old unserviceable HV/LV copper winding & Material and labour for HV/LV winding with suitable size insulated copper winding strip/wire mass impregnated with suitable insulating material complete for limbs of three phase all as directed including testing of insulation complete after repair of transformer complete all as specified & directed. Note: Copper winding wire and insulation will be carried out as per relavant IS-2026 or latest IS & test result will be submitted by the contractor for approval.

Taking out old unserviceable HV/LV aluminium winding & Material and labour for HV/LV winding with suitable size of insulated aluminium winding Strip/wire mass impregnated with suitable insulating material complete for limbs of three phase all as directed including testing of insulation complete after repair of transformer complete all as specified & directed. Note: Aluminium winding wire and insulation will be carried out as per relavant IS-2026 or latest IS & test result will be submitted by the contractor for approval.

Taking out old unserviceable burn out core lamination from transformer S & F new core lamination as per IS complete all as specified and directed

Taking out old unserviceable HT bushing of 11 KV complete from transformer supply and fixed new HT bushing suitable for 11 KV including necessory fittings and fixture complete all as specified and directed

Testing the functioning of the existing 11 KV panels consisting of VCBs and connected relays/ accesories and carrying out servicing/ maintenance including following, complete all as specified and directed :- (a) Cleaning of Vaccum Circuit Breaker with CRC-226. (b) To check the condition of SIC contacts. (c) Checking condition and alignment of jaw contact. (d) Checking and proper tightening of hardware. (e) Checking of proper closing/ open of all poles. (f) Checking of breaker tripping through push button. (g) Checking and adjusting gap between hylam sheet and side plate. (h) Checking motor operation in case of EDO. (j) Checking auxilary contacts continuity proper change over. (k) Chencing of presence if circlips. (l) Checking IR between phase to phase (VCB closed condition). (M) Checking IR between phase to earth (VCB closed condition). (n) Checking IR between phase to earth (VCB open condition). (o) Cleaning and providing lubricants on movable machanical parts. Dehydration of transformer oil of transformers 63 to 630 KVA (11KV/430V) located at different locations of stations by dehydration machine and obtained dielectric strength more than 40 KV at 2.5mm gap complete all as specified & directed.

Supply and topping up of fresh transformer oil ISI marked dielectric strength of 50 KV at 2.5mm gap for top up to transformer complete all as specified & directed. Make:- Savita, Kesri

Taking out old unserviceable battery from battery charger of VCB and supply, install and testing of maintenance free lead acid 12 volt, 200 AH tubular battery with brass thimbles (02 Nos) complete all as specified and directed. Make :- Exide / Amaron / Microtech / Luminus.
