BR PORTION:-Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tilling including cement mortar being (but not backing), removing servicible tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (Unreinforced ) as in ground floor and paving n.exc thickness below or above ground level all as specified and directed.

25mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B-0 with using 12.50 mm graded stone aggregates as in sub base of flooring, finished even and rough to receive the top layers all complete as specified and as directed.

Non skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/Rectagular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 Sqm but not exc 0.18 Sqm in floor etc, set & jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the surface, laid over and including cement screed bed 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 base complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item 4 above but as in skirting

Vitrified Ceramic tiles 9 to 10 mm thick light shade (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

All as per item 6 above but as in skirting

Glazed ceramic coloured tiles of size 450 mm x 350 mm x 7mm/ 350x 250x 7 mm thick as in vertical surfaces , set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with white or coloured cement to match the shade of tile, laid over and including 10 mm thick cement screed in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed. Shade/Colour of tile shall be approved by the GE.

25mm thick chequred cement concrete tiles of size 30cmx30cm , set and jointed in neat cement slurry including 20mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 and pointed in white or colured cement mixed with mixture of pigments to match with the colour of tiles complete all as specified and as directed.

50 mm thick cement concrete (1:3:6), type C-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in floors, hard standing etc and laid in alternate bays complete and finished even & fair and providings joints through out the thickness of plinth protection filed with mastic filling comprising one part of 01 bitumen 85/25 grade and three part of sand by weight all as specified and directed

Dismantling of plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness including Nainital or similar pattern roof covering, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismentling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description complete all as specified and as directed.

Rolled mild steel sections as in roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantry, rails, fasteing, heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, chanel or flat section), including distance pieces, cleats etc. confirmig to Fe - 410- W including cutting, welding & necessary fittings such as nut bolt, plate complete all as specified and directed.

Pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any approved colour, having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/ cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed.

Solid PVC door frame of size 50 X 47mm made out of 5mm thick plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with MS square tube, supplied and fixed in repair in opening as per specifications and drawing complete as specified and directed.

Factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30mm thick(Stiles) consisting of frame made out of MS tubes for top and bottom rails. MS frames shall be covered with heat moulded plain coloured PVC,C, channel having PVC sheet strip of 20 mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheets top rail, lock rail and bottom rail on either side and as gap insert for top rail and bottom rail.
