Special Eligibility Criteria

   Item is reserved to be procured from the ISO Certified firms who are empaneled as Security Printers with Indian Bankers Associations / RBI. The status of empanelment will be reckoned as on date of tender opening. Vendors must enclose their empanelment certificate along with the offer.

   Bulk procurement will be made from firm having satisfactory past performance with Zonal Railways, please upload the same [R/Note, IC Copy, Receipted Challan] otherwise your offer is liable to be ignored. Clause No. 16.4 of GTC of ERly is applicable. UTS Thermal paper tickets of all types will be considered as similar item for this tender.

   Please enter the percentage of local content in the material being offered. Please enter 0 for fully imported items, and 100 for fully indigenous items. The definition and calculation of local content shall be in accordance with the Make in India policy as incorporated in the tender conditions.
