Sub Head-1 (A): Operation & Maintenance/AICMC:

Deployment of manpower for attending Electrical complaints/ performing duties at terminal building, pump house, power house & ancillary Buildings (operational & non-operational area) in shifts/general duty on all working days & holidays as detailed in Annexure "A" (The person shall note down the complaints from the complaint register for immediate follow up action by arranging stores from AAI & deputing staff for attending complaints/ maintenance as per "Annexure C" i/c Sundays and Holidays) which include Operation & maintenance of all GLF system i/c CCRs ,control panels, Runway & taxiway circuits, approach lights, PAPI, landing T, windcone etc, Solar/ electrical perimeter lights, street lights, Highmasts, Flagmast, buildings i/c ancillary buildings & quarters fittings (both conventional and LED fittings), HT & LT panels, Transformers, Air Conditioner system etc and operation of Water treatment plant, Sewage treatment plant, Elevators, Baggage handling system, Automatic sliding doors, DG sets with all accessories, mobile DG set at Belagavi airport (As Detailed in "Annexure B") as reqd. on daily basis on all days i/c Sundays & Holidays complete as required with the help of following manpower as per Special Conditions of Contract & technical specifications (w/off shall be decided by the E-I-C). Note: If Financial Bids with rate quoted for this item is less than or equal to Rs.4,62,375.00 per month (excluding GST) then the whole bid will be rejected out rightly without giving any reason whatsoever. It will be considered as non-responsive bid. After applying this condition the overall lowest responsive bidder will be considered for award of work.

All inclusive comprehensive maintenance of solar powered obstruction lighting system (as per technical specifications /conditions of contract) comprising of battery bank, charger, light assembly with red filter, solar panel, battery control cards PV panels flasher unit ammeter, voltmeter located at Kardiguddi hill of Belagavi Airport including painting of solar light structure, bunker, outer wire mesh made structure with two coats of synthetic enamel paint once in a year. Contractor must ensure Safety & Security of complete installation by deploying security person at site. Necessary insurance also to be provided for complete system.

All inclusive comprehensive maintenance Contract of automatic bi-parting sliding door of dorma make (Departure 2set+Arrival 2set=4 set) including all accessories like DC/AC motors, sensors, rotary switch etc as per OEM recommendations complete as required.

All inclusive comprehensive maintenance contract of Water treatment plant including pumps, motors, carbon filter, sand filter, all other accessories and spare parts etc. as per OEM recommendations, providing required quantity of chemicals for maintaining PH value etc. within limits, submission of water test report, painting etc. as per technical specifications complete as required.

Rewinding of pumps/motors i/c repairing & servicing, dismantling & re-installation, replacement of other accessories required etc. complete as required

Sub Head-2: DSR works

Execution of Items of CPWD Delhi Schedule of Rates (DSR) 2018 as and when required for attending Breakdowns, Repair & Maintenance and Upkeep of Internal and External Electrical Installations as per Direction of E-I-C at different locations conforming to CPWD General Specification for Electrical Works Part-I (Internal), 2013, Part-II (External), 1994 and Part-IV (Substations) 2013 also relevant BIS Specifications. Note: The Bidder shall quote the Rate in INR only for the Job corresponding to the Base Rate (Rs. 4,00,000.00 as per the proposed Estimate) and Percentage (%) Above/Below shall be calculated by AAI (Based on Quoted Rate w.r.t. Base Rate) and the same % worked out will be applied on DSR Rates while executing the DSR Items and will be paid accordingly. Note: Refer Annexure-AA for Payment methodology for DSR Items’.
