Repair to pot holes any depth, not exc 1sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud, or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, path, etc cutting around edges to at least 25mm in depth, making good by filling in screened and graded road metal, watering and well ramming (including supply of road metal) complete all as directed.

M & L for Pre-mix bituminous, macadam 4% binder content VG-30 grade laid/rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber (consolidated thickness 75mm or less) with 8 to 10 ton power roller complete all as directed. (Mix shall be from hot mix plant and spreading shall be with mechanical paver).

M & L for preparing existing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with broom and finally fanning the cleared surface with compresed air to remove all loose dirt etc complete all as directed

M & L for applying evenly a priming/tack coat with paving bitumen primer VG-10 grade at the rate of 5 Kg per 10 Sqm complete all as directed.

M&L Bituminous premixed semi dense asphaltic concrete 40 mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder content (VG-30) by weight of total mix rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient complete prepared in hot mix plant and spread with mechanical paver and rolled complete all as directed.

Material and labour for preparing bituminous surfaces of road and marking 2.5mm thick painting centre line, arrow, dashes, letters etc not exc 10 cm wide on roads pavement with hot applied thermoplastic roads marking paint of approved colour confirming to BS 3262-1989 with special applicator machine as per manufacturers instruction complete all as directed.

S&F road stud reflective type of metal body alloy with PAMA strip lens reflector with MS stud of suitable size fixed with adhesive as per manufacturer’s instructions complete all as directed.Make: Model No DA-972 of Dark Eye or equivalent of 3M/Sun Eyez/ M/s Texla Plastic & Metal Pvt Ltd / M/s Automat Road Safety Pvt Ltd.

S&F Solar road stud made of aluminium alloy , 100% water proof with high efficiency mono crystalling solar panel 2.4 V/ 0.30 watt , one Ni-Mh or Ni-Cd rechargable battery (1.2v/1600MA), six super bright LEDs with 10000 to 18000 mcd, bearing weight of 10 tonnes (appx) fixed as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as directed. M & L machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness rubber moulded with glossy finish with grey cement and pigment M-35 Grade of concrete laid over sand cushioning complete all as directed.

M &L for Sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation complete all as directed.

M&L for providing cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 (Using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in coping bed block,water trought and similar works including weathering slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating and including necessary form work complete all as as directed.
