Providing and applying white cement based putty of specified thickness, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete. 1 mm thick

Distempering with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade on New work (two or more coats) over and including priming coat with water thinnable cement primer

Finishing walls with textured exterior paint of required shade on New work (two or more coats applied @ 3.28 liter/10sqm) over and including base coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20kg/10sqm

Providing and fixing of Zebra blinds of approved colour made from 100% polyester yarn coated with fade resistant polymer to ensure complete opaquely with zero light transmittance having suitable grating an exterior, including all fixtures and fittings complete in all respect as per design and instruction of the E.I.C (complete job).

Providing and installation of electric water motor of Crumtum make having 02 H.P including all fitting complete.

Providing and placing on terrace (at all floor levels) polyethylene water storage tank ISI : 12701 marked, with cover and suitable locking arrangement and making necessary holes for inlet, outlet and overflow pipes but without fittings and the base support for tank.
