Wall painting two coats with plastic Emulsion paint of approved quality & shade on new work to give an even shade with brush to interior walls surface after cleaning the surface including cost of plastic emulsion paint with cost, conveyance and taxes of all materials and labour with T&P required for the work with CESS etc complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Painting two coats with approved weather seal coat over new work includinjg cost and conveyance, royalty and taxes of all materials, labour charges, T&P etc. required for the work complete in all respect as per the specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Painting two coats over a coat of priming to new wood and iron work using approved quality of Enamel paint and Red oxide primer including sand papering & polishing the surface with cost, conveyance, royalty of all materials, labour charges, T&P etc. required for the work complete in all respect as per the specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying,fitting & fixing vetrified tile in floors of size 600mm x 600mm of approved make conforming to IS:13755 laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar 91:4) (1 cement:4 course sand) and filling joints with white cement of approved quality including cost of all materials labour T &P etc & Cess required for the work all complete as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing fitting and fixing of false ceilling with Aluminium anodised T Section No. 3215 with 2,-0" center to center, L section No. 1705 upto 15 micron on 4 walls to be fixed by means of steel screw and P.V.C plug and the Aluminium grid 2'-0" x2'-0" suspended from ceilling including cost of materials all labour with T&P & Cess required for the work etc complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
