Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for and removal of debris out of MD land complete all as specified. Note: The place of disposal shall be find out by the contractor.
Material & labour for applying microconcrete of Fosroc around edges of Dock walls, jetties, corners, grooves, alters, steps, piers and other marine structure after complete cleaning of concrete surface and applying epoxy coat as bonding agent of Fosroc's Nitobond for bonding between old and new surface, including all lifts, shuttering as per site condition complete all as per manufacturers instructions and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick, stone walls or RCC structurers including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc and removing debris outside MD land. Note: The place of disposal shall be find out by the contractor.
Material & labour for chipping and removing the loose, spailt, damaged cement concrete, cement mortar surfaces from RCC columns, beams, walls, chajjah etc ( hard concrete should not be removed by force) and exposing the reinforceent, wire brushing and cleaning the exposed steel reinforced bar, applying rust remover over the cleaned re-bar surface wash the re-bar with clean water for removing all rusts from the old re-bar surfaces, fixing new reinforcement for strengthening the members as required, applying two coats of epoxy zinc primer on new and old steel surfaces, saturate the substrate with water and applying one coat of polymer modified bond coat on affected concrete surfaces and finally providing 40mm thick ready mix polymer plaster and finally finishing the surface even and fair including necessary scafolding and safety measures as per site requirement and disposal of debries out side MD land complete all as specified and as directed Engr-in-charge. Note -New reinforcement and MS Sections will be measured and paid separately.

Material and labour for ready mix cement concrete of grade M-40 (design mix) in Pavement/Hard standing laid in panel n exc 4 m or as directed with and including steel formwork to sides of concrete spread, compacted and finished in a continuous operation including providing 12 mm thick expansion joints or dummy joints 10 mm wide 65 mm deep and filled with preformed bituminous filler and sealed with sealing compound grade 'A' as directed in SSR Part-I complete all as specified and directed.
Material & Labour for 10mm dia over mild steel TMT bars, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and incl mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips etc complete all as specified .
Ditto- all as per item No 8.00 above but 5mm dia and over upto and including 10mm dia in stirrups,spacers and binders complete all as specified .
Material & Labour 150 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in floor finished cement concrete surface and finished even and smooth using extra cement including necessary formwork complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
Material & Labour for providing precast cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) in cover slabs for manholes, etc and similar articles with plain fair faces including chamfers, weathering, throating etc and setting in cement mortar (1:4) with joints to match. Note -Reinforcement shall be measured and paid saperately.
Material & Labour for form work to sides & soffits of floor or roof beams, haunchings, girders, bressummers, lintels cantilevers, shelves including supt-ports, overhangs, etc. also splays between floors and beams, etc. for rough finished surfaces of concrete flat.
Material & Labour for form work to sides of square, rectangular or polygonal columns for rough finished surfaces of concrete flat.
Material & Labour for complete removal of existing treatment including washing, rubbing down and stopping of distempered and painted wall surfaces, filling holes and cracks with filling putty of wall, applying one coat of wall care putty not less than 3mm thickness and making the surface even and smooth using emery paper and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of alkali resistant primer complete all as specified.
Material & Labour for preparation of old wall, roof facia, chajja surfaces of any description and applying two coats of weather proof acrylic exterior paint (100% Acrylic) including necessary scaffolding and safety measures complete all as specified and directed
Material & Labour for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in roof, floor complete all as specified and as directed.
Material & Labour for rendering 20 mm thick in CM (1:3) mixed with WPC @ 3% by weight of cement on roof top surfaces and finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified. Note : WPC will be measured and paid separately

Note:- Quoted rate shall be inclusive of scaffolding or alternative way of carrying out the work with proper safety instruction required at site.
Material & Labour for epoxy base joint filler paint on external surfaces of walls/floor to fill the cracks with and including resin and hardner in proportion as per manufacturers instructions complete all as specified and as directed

Material & labour for 316 grade Stainless steel ladder, railings, plate, chain etc in staircase, landing etc. including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (whereever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete, including fixing the railing with necessary accessories & stainless steel dash fasteners, stainless steel bolts etc of required size, on the top of floor or the side of waiste slab with suitable arrangement Charge. Note- i) Design for stairs/ladders etc shall be as approved by GE in writing.
