Construction of Granular sub-base by providing close graded material, mixing in a cachanical plant at OMC Carriage of mixed material to work site spreading in uniform Iayers with motor grader on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory power roller to acheive the desired density complete as per clause 401.

Providing and laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to Wet mix macadam (WMM) specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage to mixed material by tipper to site laying in uniform layers with paver in sub base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achive the desired density complete as per clasue 406 of MORTH specifications.

Providing and laying Prime coat of 7 kgs/10 sqm over the WMM surface using of SSI Emulsion Bitumen for 10 Sq.m and cost Emulsion Bitumen which will be supplied and procured by the contractor himself at his own cast as per special condition appended including labour charges for preparing the surface for laying the tack coat and for applying the required quantity of bituminous by mechanical sprayer including hire and fuel for all tools and plants employed etc., complete MORTH specifications 111, 112, 501, 503 and 900

Providing and laying tack coat of 2.5 kgs/10 sqm over Wet Mix Mecadam Surface using of RS1 Emulsion Bitumen for 10 Sqm and cost of Emulsion Bitumen which will be supplied and procured by the contractor himself at his own cost as per special condition appended includin labour Charges for preparing the surface for laying the tack coat and for applying the required quantity of bituminous by mechanical sprayer including hire and fuel for all tools and plants employed etc., complete as per MORTH Specifications 111, 112, 501, 503 and 900.

Providing and laying 50 mm consolidated thick dense bituminous macadam using 0.24 cum of 26.5-13.2 mm graded metal and 0.25 cum of 13.2-2.36 mm grade metal and 0.23 cum of 2.36 mm & below with 53.20 kgs of 60/70 Grade Bulk bitumen for premixing per 10 sqm including cost and conveyance of all materials to C M P site, heating the bitumen and agregates to required temperature and mixing them in required temperature in central hot mix plant 20- 30 tonnes capacity conveying the mix by tipper trucks to paver site,spreading the mix to uniform thickness of 50 mm with mechanical pavers to the specified grades and cross sections and compaction by vibratory/pneumatic rollers to the required density etc., including labour for loading bitumen into bitumen tank and metal to feeder unit, labour for attending to paver site etc., including hire charges and fuel charges for 20-30 ton CMP with bitumen boiler tipper, trucks, paver Finisher / 9M vibrator rollers and all other tools and plants required, including all other incidental charges etc., complete as per standard specification using CMP Clause 505 of MORTH Rev-5

Providing and laying Bituminous concrete 30mm thick using 0.13 cum of 19.00-9.50 mm graded metal and 0.17 cum of 9.50-2.36 mm graded metal and 0.26 cum of 2.36 mm & below metal with 50.30kgs of 60/70 Grade Bulk bitumen cost and Conveyance of all materials to CMP site heating the bitumen and aggregates to required temperature and mixing them in required temperature in central hot mix plant 20-30 ton capacity, Conveying the mix by tipper truck to paver site, spreading the mix ti uniform thickness of 40mm with mechanical paver to the specified grades and cross sections and compaction by Vibratory / Pneunatioc rollers to the required density etc., including labour for loading bitumen into bitumen tank and Metal to feeder unit, labour for attending to paver site etc., including hire charges and fuel charges for 20-30 ton CMP with bitumen boiler tipper, trucks, paver Finisher / 9M, vibrator rollers and all other tools and plants required, including all other incidental charges etc., complete as per standard specification using CMP Clause 507 of MORTH Rev-5

Collection supply and filling o U/S Red gravel from approved quarry to work site and stocking to the Departmental gauge for premeasurement as directed by the Departmental Engineer, to required depth not more than 15cm depth including cost and conveyance of all labour charges etc., completed
