Providing 15 mm thick plastering using Ready mix internal plastering compound of approved make for internal faces of brickwork / concrete surfaces including preparation of the surface, curing, cleaning, scaffolding complete all as per specifications and as directed at site by the Engineer-in-Charge.
Providing 20 mm thick plastering using Ready mix external plastering compound of approved make for external faces of brickwork / concrete surfaces including preparation of the surface, curing, cleaning scaffolding up to 10 metres height complete.all as per specifications including forming drip moulds wherever necessary and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
Providing 6 mm thick cement plastering with C. M 1:3 in concrete surfaces (using crushed sand) finished with a floating coat of neat cement for ceiling including hacking of concrete surfaces with a pointed tool, scaffolding, finishing, curing etc. complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
Cleaning of reinforcement from rust from the reinforcing bars to give it a total rust free steel surface by using alkaline chemical rust remover with paint brush and removing loose particles after 24 hours of its application with wire brush and thoroughly washing with water and allowing it to dry, all complete as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.
Providing and apply first coat of Zinc Rich Primer using a suitable brush, making sure that the back of exposed steel reinforcement bars are properly covered. Apply second coat if required, in case of any discontinuity in the first coat, after drying of first coat for minimum 1 hour. The primed surface should not be left exposed for a longer time. The application of concrete repair material should proceed as soon as the Zinc Rich Primer is fully dried. Meet scope of BS 4652 1995 Specification for Metallic Zinc Rich Priming Paint Type 2.
Crack Filler - All cracks width should be opened up making the V groove and fill with Crack Filler Paste. Apply the primer coat prepared with Crack Filler Paste and water in 1:1 proportion over the crack surface. Fill cracks with Crack Filler Paste when the surface is tacky and not dried completely with a spatula or putty knifes and level with the surface.
Repair Mortar for Refurbishment of Damaged Concrete - Pre-wetted substrate / apply one coat of cementitious bond coat, URP : cement (1:1) by proportion to exposed concrete surface as a bonding agent. Restore the cover concrete of R.C.C. structural members in two layers, by applying [20 mm thick polymer mortar for columns / 15 mm thick polymer mortar for beams & slabs] using Polymer Mortar HB a pre-packed Fiber-reinforced structural repair mortar . Requiring only water addition prior to use (W/P ratio of 0.17) & directly to be applied on sticky exposed concrete surface . It attains a compressive strength of 15-20 N/mm2 in 1 day & an ultimate strength of 45 N/mm2 at 28 days confirming to BS : 6319 : part Cure these surfaces for 5 days.
Microconcrete - Pre-wetted substrate / apply one coat of cementitious bond coat of URP : cement (1:1) by proportion to exposed concrete surface as a bonding agent. Providing ready to use Micro Concrete , a pre-packed high strength pourable concrete which consists of graded fillers & quality additives with W/P ratio of 0.14. The product has a bulk density of 2230 kg/m3 & has a water absorption factor of 0.2 at 24 hrs. It attains a compressive strength of 15-20 N/mm2 in 1 day & an ultimate strength of 55-60 N/mm2 at 28 days confirming to ASTM C – 109:99. Storing & application to be done strictly in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions. Note - Remove the formwork after 24 hours in the case of columns and after a period of 72 hours in the case of slab and beam or depend on mosture condition.
Polymer Modified Plaster - Providing and applying avg 15 mm to 20 mm thick plastering on the walls, beams and columns etc using Polymer Modified Plaster with CM 1:4 admixed with URP or equivalent material make @ 2 kg per bag of cement.
Providing and painting walls with (TWO coats) of approved shade of high build protective , elastomeric water proof exterior grade paint of approved make of required shade, minimum dry film thickness of 250 microns achieved in two or more coats / as per manufacturer's specifications including preparation of the surfaces by scrapping / wire brush , scaffolding complete. Primer coat will be with approved make with water in ratio of 1:2 and 2 coats of finishing coat without water all as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
Providing and fixing double tubular scaffolding system using H- frames with cup lock type on the exterior side up to seven story height made with 40 mm dia M.S. tube 1.5 m centre to centre horizontal and vertical tubes joining with cup and lock system with M.S. tubes, M.S. tube challies, M.S clamps and M.S staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for the required duration as approved and removing it thereafter. The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connection with building etc. wherever required for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc. complete as per directions and as approved by the Engineer -in - charge. The elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purposes. The payment shall be made once irrespective of duration of scaffolding.
Providing and constructing brick work in cement mortar using Standard bricks of approved quality / class, make / brand in all shapes and sizes including curing, raking out joints complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Brickwork with standard bricks in C.M 1:4 using crushed Sand.
Providing and treating the OLD surface ANTI FUNGAL treatment using product other than Artilin paints i) entire old paint to be scrapped out ii) The neeru / cement punning to be removed by chipping completely iii) one coat of BIOWASH to be applied iv) entire surface to be finished with White cement based Wall putty of approved make to get uniform undulation free surface complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
Providing and painting, finishing with antifungal paint using paint other than artilin paints with two coats over treated surface all as per manufacturer's specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
Providing and applying wall painting two coats with premium plastic emulsion paint of approved brand to give an even shade, including a coat of approved cement primer, including preparation of the surfaces like scrubbing old paint etc, scaffolding complete. as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
Providing and Painting two coats of synthetic enamel paint on steel surfaces of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade over a primer coat. Including preparation of the surfaces, scaffolding complete. as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
Providing and painting TWO coats of synthetic enamel paint on wooden surfaces of approved brand and manufacturer of required colour to give an even shade over an under coat of suitable shade primer of approved brand and manufacturer including preparation of the surfaces, scaffolding complete. as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
Removing the existing deteriorated reinforcement and supply and placing of new rebars of suitable diameter including cutting, bending and straighteningand placing in position complete in all levels and if necessary, welding the new bars with the existing Rods by over lapping or drilling holes on the soundsurface and fixing rebars using suitable epoxy acrylate based anchoring material. with all lead and lift etc. complete (If the rebar is corroded more than 25% of its original size).
Dismantling old plaster carefully , raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 100 m lead.
Dismantling plain cement concrete manually / by mechanical means carefully without damaging adjacent structures including disposal of debris within 200 m lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
Dismantling of RCC works carefully manually without damaging adjacent structures excluding cutting of reinforcement including stacking of steel reinforcement bars and disposal of unserviceable materials within 200 m lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
Dismantling brick work in Cement mortar carefully without damaging adjacent structures including stacking of materials and disposal of unserviceable materials within 100 m lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
Priming Coat: Providing, and applying single coat of exterior penetrating water-based primer composed of acrylic emulsion polymer primer for superior bonding after thorough cleaning of all laitance, loose material, oil, grease, etc. Allow the primer to cure according its technical instructions.
Removal of old 2 to 3 mm thick APP sheet and clean the surface including labour, tools & tackles, scafoolding and material charges to complete this work etc. complete as per specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
Providing and injecting cement slurry with non shrink polymer grout of aproved make through the existing nozzles using hand opreated grouting pump which should capable of delvery a pressure of 2.5 kg/sqcm when the fill of slurry completed. Including cost of all materials and labour charges as per specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
Providing and fixing G.I. chicken mesh in the junctions of concrete & brick work / masonry or as directed by the Engineer in charge including cutting, fixing with nails in position before plastering complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. (only area of the chicken mesh used alone will be measured).
Providing and fixing in position 25 mm thick Joint filler board of approved make in expansion joints to the required size and shape, placing and keeping in position complete as per specifications and drawings and as directed by the Engineer in charge.
Providing and fixing GI chain link fabric fencing Made of GI wire of dia 4 mm of required width in mesh size 50 x 50 mm including strengthening with 2mm dia wire or nuts, bolts and washers as requeid complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
