S & F for 4 mm thick of size 600x600mm HSPC (high pressure Steam Cured) non asbestos fibre cement reinforced multipurpose board, pre-primetered self embossed, textured designer board E-Board Classic fixed or laid/inserted to timber/ GI frame work with screws to be fixed in ceiling flat or sloping and Gl frame work for seamless ceiling comprising of Gl perimeter channnel 0.55 mm thick with two unequal flanges of 20 and 30 mm and web of 27 mm fixed to surrounding wall using nylon sleeves and screws at 450 mm centre to centre/intermediate channel 0.9 mm thick having two equal flanges of 15 mm each and web of 45 mm suspended from soffit at approx 900 mm centre to centre with Gl cleat and steel expansion fasteners with and including ceiling section (not exc 1.2 m length) of 0.55 mm thickness having kurled web of 50 mm and flange of 26 mm each with lips of 10.5 mm fixed to the intermediate channel with connecting clips across the intermediate channel at 457 mm centre to centre both ways, size of grid 605 x 605mm fixed with steel dash fasteners or from purlin from the roof with alignment clip including providing provisions for light fixtures of any size including dismantling of old unsv ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation, etc.) any thickness including cover fillets of any description and at any location complete all as specified and as directed. Note:-Taking down existing ceiling light of size 600x600mm and refixing in same or other place with providing suitable size three core copper flexible cable is deemed to be included in quoted rates.

M&L for second class hardwood plain fillets exc 13sqcm and not exc. 25sqcm, square or rectangular in section, wrought, secured with nails or brads complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class `B' bricks(using old size burnt bricks) straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in CM (1:6) including demolition of old brick work from its position complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class `B' bricks (using old size burnt bricks) straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick walls built in CM (1:4) including demolition of old brick work from its position complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) on fair faces of brick or concrete work finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement including taking down old plaster from its position complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 10mm thick in cement mortar (1:6) on fair faces of brick or concrete work finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement including taking down old plaster from its position complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15mm thick plastering in CM (1:4) on one side of lathing in two separate layers finished even and smooth without using extra cement using water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement including demolition of reed, lathing single or double, including battens and plaster or chicken wire lathing with and including provision of GI wire netting 0.71 mm dia and 12 mm mesh lathing in to reed in walls including all laps cutting and waste complete all as specified and as directed. Note:-WPC will be measured and paid separately.

M&L for 12 mm thick plastering in CM (1:6) on the other side of lathing finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.
