Earth work in surface excavation not exceeding 30 cm in depth but exceeding 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan including getting out and disposal of excavated earth upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m, as directed by Engineer-in- Charge:

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m.

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead up to 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m.

Clearing grass and removal of the rubbish up to a distance of 50 m outside the periphery of the area cleared.

Felling trees of the girth (measured at a height of 1 m above ground level), including cutting of trunks and branches, removing the roots and stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material.

Providing and laying Bitumen Penetration Macadam with hard stoneaggregate of quality, size and grading as specified, with bitumen ofsuitable penetration grade, including required key aggregate asspecified, spreading coarse aggregate with the help of self propelled/tipper tail mounted aggregate spreader and applying bitumen by apressure distributor and then spreading key aggregate with the helpof aggregate spreader complete, including consolidation with roadroller of minimum 8 to 10 tonne capacity to achieve specified valuesof compaction and surface accuracy :

For 50mm compacted thickness using coarse aggregateof size 50-20 mm graded @ 0.60 cum per 10 sqm keyaggregate of size 12.5 mm graded @ 0.15 cum per 10sqm. With paving asphalt grade VG - 10 @ 50 kg/ 10sqm.

Providing and fixing double walled 4mm thick transparent LEXAN tharmo clear polycarbonate sheets of M/s. Sablic Innovative Plastic India Pvt. Ltd. (Formally known as GE Plastic India Ltd.) or equivalent make in roofing with the provision for fixing the polycarbonate sheets using neoprene gaskets i/c necessary screws, special washers, rubber gaskets and sealing the hollow ends of polycarbonate sheets with aluminium perforated foil tape, leak proofing the joints using sealant compatible to polycarbonate sheets etc complete as per the direction of EIC i/c providing the ridges & valleys etc complete. (Aluminium H Profile/ dome section wtih screws shall be be paid separately)

Providing and fixing signage and information boards with PVC sheets over backing of suitable PVC/ Foam board including cutting of signage and information, pasting etc all complete as per the direction Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing notice board of required size with backboard of 6mm thick maine plywood comforming to IS 710 fixed with a 4" x 1" 1st class paduak wooden batten framing to the backboards, fixing of 25mm thick fully glazed 1st class paduak wooden shutter using 4mm thick glass panes (wt. should not less than 7.50 kg/sqm) ini the doors of notice board including fixing of foam sheet covered with a green rexine sheet inside the notice board and ncessary hardware fititngs such as SS hings, SS handles, magnetic catcher with locking arrangement may be provided, all finished with 02 or more coats of melamine polish & installation of the whole unit mounted to the wall using necessary cleats, all complete as per the directions of Engineer-in-charge. (Front face measurement shall be done for payment purpose)

Providing and fixing Key rack board of required size, backing with 12mm thick 1st class padauk wooden planks, 3" x 1" 1st class padauk wooden batten framing to the backboards, fixing of 25mm thick fully glazed 1st class padauk wooden shutter using 4mm thick glass panes (wt. should not less than 7.50 kg/sqm) in the doors of key rack board including fixing of stainless steel J hooks for key hangings inside the key rack board and necessary hardware fittings such as SS hings, SS handles, magnetic catcher with locking arrangement may be provided, all finished with 02 or more coats of melamine polish & installation of the whole unit mounted to the wall using necessary cleats, all complete as per the directions of Engineer-in-charge. (Front face measurement shall be done for payment purpose)

Taking out the existing Aluminium sliding door shutter, repairing it by replacing the 02 Nos. of old & damaged roller with nylone bearing sliding roller i/c necessary bolts and screws, re-fixing the repaired door shutter to the existing Aluminium G-Shaped channel section (Top Rial Track) including setting it hte required alignment, all complete as per the directions of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing 8mm thick clear float glass panes (minimum weight not less than 20.00 kg per sqm) of required size in the table top including grinding, polishing & smoothening the cut edges, all complete as per directions of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing soft fabric rexine sheet of required size & good quality in the table top, all complete as per the directions of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing stainless steel Floor grating of approved quality as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing aluminium extruded section body tubular type universal hydraulic door closer (having brand logo with ISi, IS : 3564, embossed on the body, door weight upto 36 kg to 80 kg and door width from 701 mm to 1000 mm), with double speed adjustment with necessary accessories and screws etc. complete. (Of brand Dorma, Godrej or equivalent)
