Supply, install, testing and commissioning of approved OEM factory assembled diesel generator set of totally enclosed and sound proof (with acoustic enclosure) of capacity 160 KVA, 3 phase, 4 wire, 415 volts, 1500 RPM, AC power supply with power factor 0.8, coupled directly to alternator mounted on common base plate complete with fuel tank, battery and standard accessories and fittings, vibration pads, PCC foundation complete all as specified and directed. Item No.1.00 (Contd..../-) (q) Supply and lay Control cable LT 1100 Volt PVC insulated armoured heavy duty copper conductor of suitable size multicore from DG Set to AMF panel (g) Any other components/parts as per manufacturer instructions and as directed by GE required for entire completion of the item. (e) Acoustic Enclosure - Composite type made of CRCA sheet and structural/sheet metal base frame duly painted with air inlet louvers, including noise absorbent and fire-retardant grade acoustic insulation material, including removable gland plate at lower level of canopy for cable entry. Note :- (i) Necessary PCC foundation as per manufacturer recommendations is deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (ii) The drg and specifications of the DG set & AMF Panel shall be got approved by the contractor from the Engineer in Charge before procurement. (iii) The DG set after installation shall be got tested at site by the rep nominated by the Accepting Officer and the records of the testing shall be signed by the rep of accepting officer, GE, Engr-in-Charge and the Contractor. The panel shall CPRI approved factory fabricated made with 3 mm thick CRCA sheet for outer shell and inner shell made out of 2mm thick CRCA sheet, double door with front and back openable with locking arrangement, provision of threaded earthing stud at bottom, inner shell shall be compartmentalized from openable single door lockable , inner shell shall be completely vermin proof and to accommodate incoming / outgoing MCCB, MCBs, change over switch and TPN copper bus bar and extension links of rating not less than 1.5 times the rated capacity of the respective MCCBs. The TPN busbar and extensions link shall be insulated with colour coated heat shrinkable sleeves and shall be mounted on epoxy resin insulator.
