Material and Labour for Cleaning the internal surface areas thoroughly for free from all contaminants like dirt and laitance and to remove all the loose materials by various mechanical means. Removal of all surface Imperfections, protrusions, loose concrete & filling of cracks using SBR Latex Polymer (min 5% by weight of cement) Modified Mortar in the ratio Cement : Sand (1 : 4) all as per manufacture instruction complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Providing and making fillets at the junction of the walls and the slabs using cement mortar of 1:4 mix admixed with ( 5 % of SBR Latex by weight of cement) all as per manufacture instruction complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Injection Grouting Drilling holes along the construction joint at intervals of 1 meter to fix non-mettalic nozzles with the help of non-shrink fast-setting cement, Dam-it Inject of cement slurry grout modified @ 2% with non-shrink cementitious grouting admixture Grout IP through the fixed nozzles with the help of a grouting pump. Ensure that all the construction joint lines are addressed during this process - Horizonal to Vertical joints as well as Vertical to Vertical joints After 24 hours cut the nozzle and pack the holes with high strength fibre reinforced mortar (FRM) complete all as per manufacture instruction complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and application of EWP waterproofing coating having 80 % elongation with the help of brush or rollers by thoroughly mixing prepacked powder and liquid containers with a power mixer @ 1.6 kg / m² in two coats sandwiched with GF mesh / Geotextile Fabric including surface preparation. The coating should be extended on vertical walls upto min. 1 meter height on all sides. The elastomeric membrane having these properties: Tensile Strength, 28 days, MPa (ASTM D-412): 0.75 – 0.82 ; Adhesion to Concrete, Mpa (ASTM D-4541): > 0.8 complete all as per manufacture instruction complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Protective Plaster modified with Integral Waterproofing Chemical: Carrying out protective plaster over the waterproofing membrane with cement modified @ 0.4% with Plast IW for waterproofing complete all as per manufacture instruction complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling floor hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing ) including removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises not exceeding 100 metre complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Granite slab (of any type) of 18-20 mm thick , machine cut (table rubbed and polished) bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement (1:2) with admixture of pigment to match with the shade of granite stone including grinding and polishing complete all as specified and directed .

Material and labour for Screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15mm thick in CM 1:6 for laying of floor finishes complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete in groud floors and pavings not exceeding 15 cm thickness including removal of debris outside MD land complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for RCC type B-1 1:1.5:3 (20 mm graded aggregate) slabs supported on walls ,beams and columns in floors ,roofs,landings,canopies and in the shelves etc complete all as specified and as directed

Material and labour for RCC (1:1.5:3) using 20 mm graded stone aggregatesas in beams, cantilevers,bressummers, lintel over 1.5 m span complete all as specified and as directed

Material and labour for Steel formwork to soffits of suspended slab such as roof slab, floor slab, landings and similar work with rough finished surface of concrete not exceeding 200 mm thick (Horizontal or sloping) complete all as specifed and as directed

Material and labour for of Formwork to sides of beam/lintel beam and similar structure for flat, rough finished sufaces all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge

Material and labour for corrosion resistant TMT bars of grade Fe-500/500D of10mm dia bar and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for corrosion resistant TMT bars of grade Fe-500/500D of 5 mm dia bar and overupto including 10 mm dia , cut to length, bent to shape required, including stirrups, spacers and binders with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed.s.

Demolition of brick work or stone masonry built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins,arches, pillars etc including removal of debris outside MD land complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Brick work with flyash bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 M mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for rendering 15 mm thick, 10 mm of cement mortar of 1:6 on fair faces of brick wall or concrete over which 5 mm thick cement mortor of 1:4 , mixed with water proofing compound as per manufacturer’s instruction , finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed. Note: WPC will be measured and paid separately.

Supply only Intergal Water Proofing Compound . Make of water proofing compound : Impermo/Roff/Cico

Removing building Materials etc to distance of 5 km or over, beyong the lead included in the rates including loading, unloading and stacking at the destination complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition and breaking up drain pipe, 200 mm dia( salt glazed stone ware) set in cement mortar laid in trenches including removal of debris off the premises not exceeding 100 meters complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth for foundation, etc., and getting out in hard / dense soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm in soils complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated soil exceeding 250m and not exceeding 500 m and depositing, levelled not exceeding 1.5m from GL where directed complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for DWCPE180 (OD)/163 (ID)mm dia SN 4 Class drain pipes, grade A laid in trenches and jointed as specified.

M & L for DWCPE300 (OD)/250 (ID)mm dia SN 4 Class drain pipes, grade A laid in trenches and jointed as specified.

Plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C2 (using 40mm graded granite stone aggregate) as in concrete bed to drain pipes including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested for 163mm dia bore, all as specified.

Material and labour for providing cement concrete type B1 1:2:4 using 20 mm graded aggregate as in lintels upto 1.5M clear span ,cills, steps, seismic and other similar bands, parapet and railing upto 60 cm in height coping including wethering slightly rounded or chamfered angles and thoarting including necessary form work complete all as specified and as directed.

Cleaning of the septic tanks,Soakage well and filter bed of size by removing the night soil, sludge, scum and other material (such as orgaqnic/inorgnaic nature)accumulated there including bailing out the water over sludge / scum by mechanical pump, removing the above material to outside the MD Land and washing with water etc including applying disinfectant complete and taking down tank covers ,cleaning and refixing in original position complete all as specified and directed at site, and removing the sludge / scum to out side of MD Land and disposing off / covering the foul materials with earth / mud to avoid foul smell . complete all as specified and as directed.

Note for Item No: 31 - Lifting of night soil ,sludgeScum and other (such as orgaqnic/inorgnaic) material with water using suitable pump attached with vehicle having tank of 5,000 litres capacity from septic tank ,soak well and manholes ( or from any other location as per the direction of Engr-in-charge) and removing to sutibale place out side the MD land (Authorised civil location) and dispose it safely complete all as specified and as directed. Note1 :- The above Rate is inclusive of one Driver with two man power with and including pumping arrangement attached with vehicle of Five Thousand litres capacity Note-2:- The above Rate is also inclusive of sucking pipe (Upto 50m length) from place of lifting of night soil with water to pump attached with vehicle. Note No :- In case vehicle is not arranged as per direction of Engineer -In -charge in writing, recovery at double the market rate or double the CA rate whichever is higher will be effected from payment due to the contractor.
