Providing and laying cement concrete 1:8:16 (one cement : eight sand : sixteen graded stone crushed aggregate 20mm nominal size)and curing complete on slab and floor excluding the cost of form work screed laid under flooring complete in all respect as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing wood work in frames of false ceiling, partitions etc. sawn and put up in position complete in all respect as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge. a).Sawl wood.

Providing wood work in frames of doors, windows, clerestory windows and other frames wrought, frame and fixed in position complete in all respect as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge. a) Sawl wood.

Providing and fixing 4mm thick commercial ply wood ceiling of approved quality with butt jointing and nails (frame work and cover fillets to be paid for separately) complete in all respect as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing plain square edged cover fillets (beading) 60x12mm section with wood screws in ceiling and Lining including mitering at junction complete in all respect as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge. a)1st class deodar wood.

Providing & fixing 10mm thick glossy double charged water proof stain & impact resistant heavy duty vitrified tiles (Premium Kazaria / Nitco / Johnson / Orientbell make) 600x600mm and 10mm thick or manufactured thickness of the above brand of approved shade and colour in floorings, treads of steps and landing laid on a bed of 12mm thick cement mortar 1:3 (One cement : three sand) jointed with cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of tiles as required complete in all respect as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Applying priming coat over new wood and wood based surfaces after and including preparing the surface by thoroughly cleaning oil, grease, dirt and other foreign matter sand papering and knotting including all leads and lifts of material as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. a) Ready mixed paint brushing to wood primer pink

Painting two coats (excluding priming coat) on new wood and wood based surface with enamel paint to give an even shade including cleaning the surface of all dirt dust and other foreign matter sand papering and stopping including all leads and lifts of material as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. a) Enamel paint white

Repair to plaster in patches of 2.50 Square metre and under and 10mm to 15mm thick including cutting the patches in proper shape & replastering the surface of wall including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground with in all leads with cement: mortar 1:4 (One cement: four sand) complete in all respect as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying and fixing glass panes with putty and nails including removal of broken glass panes wherever necessary complete including all leads, lifts and carriage of material complete in all respect as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.a) 4mm thick plain glass pane

Removal of serviceable glass of any description except polished plate from old wood or metal frames etc. (any thickness or size) racking out old putty etc. including risk and making good breakages in taking out and handling including stacking within all leads, lifts & carriage of material.

Refixing old glass panes with old wooden beads (excluding the cost of beads) complete in all respect as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Demolition of above ground level upto all floor level including disposal of unserviceable material within all leads complete in all respect as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge. i) Un-reinforced cement concrete upto 15 cm thickness.

Supplying and installation of Research module Laboratory Units (Waldner / Kotterman / Godrej make) with work surface of following size with V-groove type moulding jet black Granite 20mm + - mm thick as per layout along with neoprene strip 2.5” width and 6mm thick SR 998 glue for neoprene mat complete in all respect as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge as well as concerned deptt.
