Repair to Police Station Building at Rayagada for the year 2025-26 in the district of Rayagada

Earth work excavation in foundation hard soil including moorum, stoney earth mixed with boulders with all leads and lifts including dressing and levelling the bed and depositing the excavated earth away from the work site with all leads and lifts including cost of all labour and T&P and cess required for the work and etc. complete in all respect and as per the direction by the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying, filling in foundation and plinth with sand in layers well watered and rammed including cost, conveyance, royalty of all the materials required for the work labour with T&P and cess etc. complete in all respect as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing cement concrete (1:3:6) in foundation and plinth using 4cm size clean hard black granite crusher broken metal of approved quality from approved quarry including hoisting, lowering and laying in layers not exceeding 15cm thick to the required level, ramming watering and curing etc.complete including cost, conveyance, royalty taxes of all the materials required for the work with all labour, T&P and cess etc. complete in all respect as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge

Fly Ash brick masonary in Cement Mortar (1:6) in foundation/Superstructure using-fly ash-brick of 23cm X 11cm X 8cm size having a crushing strength in between 75kg to 100 kg per Sq.cm with dimensional tolerance ± 8% including splays cutting circular moulding chamfering & corbelling watering and curring for 7days after immersing the bricks in water for six hours before use etc. complete including cost & conveyance of all materials & labour required for the work with all Royalty, DMF, EMF & Additional Charges with all T&P & Cess etc, complete in all respect as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing R.C.C work of M-20 grade with 20mm and down graded clean hard crusher broken granite chips of approved quality from approved quarry including hoisting, lowering and laying concrete with necessary slope and smoothness to receive tar felting or terracing, watering and curing for four weeks,including centring, shuttering and finishing the exposed surface and ceiling smooth to receive white washing or painting providing grooves or beads and fan hooks as per requirement in ceiling where necessary, cost of water, including cost, conveyance, royalty taxes of all the materials and labour, T&P and cess etc. complete in all respect but excluding cost of M.S rods or Tor steel and binding wire 18 to 20 gauge and labour charges for straightening, cutting, bending and binding and tying the grills and placing in proper position as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge. Straightening bent up or coiled rods cutting bending,binding, cranking hooking, welding jointing (if required) the M.S.Rods or Tor steel & binding wires and binding tying the grills hoisting lowering & placing in proper position as required for RCC works with cost conveyance &of M.S. Rods or Tor steel & binding wires of 18 to 20 gauge and labour with all T&Prequired for the work with Cess etc,complete in all floors (weight of binding wire will not be considered for payment and payment will be made on weight of M.S. Rods or Tor steel only) etc. in all respects as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing old lime or cement plaster from walls including racking out joints 12mm deep and removing the debriswithin 50m lead including cost of all labour with T & P, Cess required for the work as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismentaling and removing 2.5 Cm thick grading concrete from roof slab cleaning the surface lowering and removing and debris with in 50mtr lead including cost of all labour with T&P,Cess required for the work etc complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing 2.5Cm. thick grading concrete (1:2:2) on roof slab with 6mm size hard broken granite chips including cost conveyance of all materials, labour T&P, Cess etc. complete as per direction of EIC.

16mm (5/8") thick cement plaster in C.M. (1:6)finished smooth to inside surface of 9" thick brick wall after racking out the joints including watering & curing for seven days with cost and conveyance of all materials and labour with T&P required for the work with all , Royalty, DMF, EMF & Additional Charges & Cess etc, complete in all floor as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Distempering two coats to the wall surface with any approved shade over a coat of chalk wash including cost of distemper with conveyance of allmaterials and labour with T&P required for the work with Cess etc, complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Finishing walls Weather coat of approved shade on two coats to give an even shade with cost, conveyance, taxes of all the materials required for the work and labour, T&P and cess etc. complete in all respect as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying fitting & fixing of G.C.I sheet in roofdrilling holes in wind ties including fixing of ridges valleys wind ties with all T&P etc completeincluding cost of fittings and all materials, labour,with T & P,Cess etc required for the work complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying fitting of Stainless steel of 304 garde in hand railing using 50 mm dia of 2 mm thick circular pipe with balustarade of size 32mm X 32 mm X X2 mm in 3 rows in stair case as per approved design and specification buffering polisging etc. including cost conveyance of all materials complete as per direction of the Engineer- in - Charge.

Painting two coats with any approved paint over a coat of priming to wood work including cost of the primer and paint sand papering polishing the surface with cost conveyance andof all materials and labour with T&P required for the work with Cess etc, complete as per the direction of the Engineer-In-Charge.
