Para No.2.5.1 of GCC attached may be referred for full details B. The Authorized dealer/agent of the approved vendors/OEM must upload tender specification authorization in proper format [preferably as per Annexure-4 of GCC attached], failing by which their offer will be summarily rejected. C. Public procurement (Preference to Make in India) is applicable as per para 29.0 (29.1 to 29.5)of GCC attached.
