Providing and fixing 12 mm thick pre laminated particle board flat pressed three layer or graded wood particle board conforming to IS;12823 grade I type II in paneling fixed in aluminium doors. Windows shutters and partition frames with CP brass/ stainless steel screws etc. complete. (HSR 17.97(b)} (b) Pre-laminated particle board with decorative lamination on both sides.

Providing and fixing glazing in aluminium door, windows, ventilator shutter and partitions etc. with PVC/ neoprene gasket etc. complete (cost of aluminium snap beading shall be paid in basic items). {HSR 17.98(b)} (b) With float glass panes of 5.00 mm thickness.

Providing fixing aluminium round shape handle of outer dia 100 mm with screws etc. complete. {HSR 17.102(i)} (i) Anodized (AC-15) Aluminium.

Removing of existing damaged PVC flooring and cleaning the surface/floor, compete in all respect as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (NS)

Pproviding and fixing 17 mm to 20 mm thick Charming white (Gujrat/South) granite stone (polished) in flooring including matching grains laid in any pattern, in linear as well as curvlinear as specified over base of 20 mm thick cement coarse sand mortar 1:3 and jointed with white cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade including rubbing and polishing, complete. Pproviding and fixing 17 mm to 20 mm thick Coffee Brown (South) granite stone (polished) in skirting including matching grains laid in any pattern as specified over base of 12 mm thick cement coarse sand mortar 1:3 and jointed with white cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade including rubbing and polishing, complete. Providing and fixing italia standard glass mosaic of size 20mm x 20mm (colour as approved by Engineer-in-Charge) in gradation manner/random mix after applying adhesive on existing plastered/concrete surface and grouted with sanded grout (make of adhesive/grout-Laticrate/MYK or equivalent make as approved by Engineer-in-Charge) including cost of washing etc., complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
