Taking down copper/aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete, including fixture and fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets etc. removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody or for taking credit (credit for above items should be made as per conditions separately) and making good disturbed surface of walls, floors, etc complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down old unsv sub main wiring of any size & type complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down old DBs box including MCB complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for point wiring complete with 1100 volts grade 1.5 sqmm size (nominal dia), single core , PVC insulated unsheated, multistranded, copper conductor cable FRLS draw thorugh and including medium grade rigid non metallic PVC conduit of suitable size not less than 20 mm dia, with all necessary fittings, concealed in wall/roof/floor duly earthed with one run of single core cable of 1.50 sqmm but green in colour as continuous earthing wire connected to common earth dolly including 1.6mm thick fabricated MS sheet terminal box flush mounting in the wall for mounting switches. switch socket combination/fan ragulators etc covered with 3mm thick plastic laminated sheet complete all as specified for one light point controlled by one switch.

All as per srl item No 4 above, but for one ceiling fan/exhaust fan controlled by one switch and regulator.

All as per srl item No 4 above, but for one three pin 5 Amps socket on independent board.

Supply and fix Socket outlet multipurpose, 2 pin 5 Amps/3 pin 5 Amps controlled by one switch 5 Amps , flush type, universal, ISI marked complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix socket outlet multipurpose 2 in 1, 3 Pin, 5/15 Amps, flush type, universal, controlled by one switch 16 Amps, IS marked complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix Switch piano flush type single pole, one way, 15 Amps, 240 Volts ISI marked complete all as speci fied and as directed.

Supply and fix stepped type electronic fan regulator flush type on existing phenolic laminated sheet etc., complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix lamp holder, PVC/Poly carbonate type suitable for lamp complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour earthing complete by dismantling existing unserviceable earthing with Galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600mmX600mm X6mm thick burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below GL) with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 Mtr below normal ground level, earth plate surrounded from all sides by 15 cm thick packed layer of charcoal dust and common salt filled in alternate layers and electrode connections by using Galvanised earth strip 25X3mm connected by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washer of galvanised iron or steel, provision of 40mm dia GI pipe medium grade for protection of GI earth strip and 20mm dia GI pipe medium grade for watering arrangement and PCC 1:3:6 type C1 chamber, MS funnel, wire mesh, 50mm thick RCC 1:2:4 type B1 for earth pit cover with 6 Nos 8mm dia high strength deformed steel TMT bars on both ways including necessary excavation in any type of soil, returning, filling in, removal of surplus soil to distance n exc 50 mtr provision of charcoal and salt complete all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of schedule Part-I. Note : (i) Cost of GI earth strip and GI protection pipe upto 7.5 meter length shall be deemed to be included in the rate quoted. (ii) The unit rate shall also includes for Wire mesh, funnel, excavation, returning filling, removing, PCC chamber pit, RCC cover, test point etc.

Supply & Fixi sub main wiring two runs of single core 1.5 sqmm PVC insulated , unshethed multistrandered copper conductor 1100 volt FRLS cable, including one run of 1.5 sqmm single core PVC insulated unshethered multistranded copper comnductor 1100 Volts FRLS cable earth continiuty conductor drawn through PVC conduit pipe and connecting to common earth dolly for Sintex Box complete all specified and as directed . Note :-Two run of main cable ,one run of earth continuty conductor cable and one run of medium casing caping will be measured as one unit for payment purpose .

Supply & Fix sub main wiring for security light fitting with two runs of single core 2.5 sqmm PVC insulated , unshethed multistrandered copper conductor 1100 volt FRLS cable ,including one run of 2.5 sqmm single core PVC insulated unshethered multistranded copper comnductor 1100 Volts FRLS cable earth continiuty conductor drawn through PVC conduit pipe and connecting to common earth dolly for Sintex Box complete all specified and as directed . Note :-Two run of main cable ,one run of earth continuty conductor cable and one run of medium casing caping will be measured as one unit for payment purpose .

Supply and fix in repair LED batten fittings 20 W LED tube ceiling surface or wall mounted LED batten with extruded aluminium housing and High Lumen (2500lm output)wide voltage protection ranger 140V-270 V including provision of copper flexible cable 23/0.0076 twin twisted PVC insulated cable from ceiling rose to light fitting complete including testing all as specified and directed. Supply and fix in repair MCB SPN 20A, 240 Volts, 100 MA breaking capacity 10 KA, degree of protection IP-20 Energy limitation cl-3 ,line reversibility, 35 sqmm terminal, 50 Hz complete all as specified and directed. Make:- C&S Cat part No. CSMBS1C20N or equivalent in Havells/Crompton as approved by GE.

Supply and fix in repair MCB single pole 230 volts, 6-32 Amps,100 MA breaking capacity 10 KA, degree of protection IP-20 Energy limitation cl-3, line reversibility, 35 sqmm terminal, 50 Hz complete all as specified and directed. Make:- C&S Cat part No. CSMBS1C6 or equivalent in Havells/Crompton or as approved by GE.

Supply and fix in repair MCB TPN 40 amp 230 volts, 100 MA breaking capacity 10kA, degree of protection IP-20 Energy limitation cl-3 ,line reversibility, 35 sqmm terminal, 50 Hz complete all as specified and directed. complete all as specified and directed. Make:- C&S Cat part No. CSMBS3C40N or equivalent in Havells/Crompton or as approved by GE.

Supply and fix in repair MCB TPN 63 amp 230 volts, 100 MA breaking capacity 10kA, degree of protection IP-20 Energy limitation cl-3, line reversibility, 35 sqmm terminal, 50 Hz complete all as specified and directed. Make:- C&S Cat part No. :- CSMBS3C63N or equivalent in Havells/Crompton or as approved by GE.

Supply and fix MCB DB TPN 8 way Double Door, IP54 Isolater Neutral Bar, cement spill Protector,MIS IK09 suitable for MCCBs upto 250 A complete all as specified and directed. Make:- C&S Cat part No. CSDBTPNHPDD08 or equivalent in Havells/Crompton or as approved by GE.

Periodical maintenance of 20 KVA DG Set replacement of unserviceable part ie. oil filter, fuel filter, screen filter engine lubricating oil, top-up radiator coolant , battery, and opening and repairing of internal parts ie, fuel injector pump, fuel nozzle after repairing fixing, refixing and checking of every repair & replacing parts for smooth functioning complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge . Note:- The new part will be measured and paid separately under supply only Items. The quoted rate are deemed to be inclusive of labour for fixing of new parts and repairing parts.

Supply and laying of DWC (Double Wall Corrugated) HDPE pipe of outer dia 100 mm (for 50 & 25 Sqmm cable), IS marked with smooth internal and profiled external surface for non pressure under ground cable including all connected accessories like socket, coupler, bends, tees, etc., for protection of cable complete all as specified as directed.

Supply & fixing in repair street light 45 Watt made up of pressure die cast aluminium housing with high power LED as lighting source and lens embedded PC cover having TOP Opening seperate driver compartment with IP66 protection and impact resistance complete all as specified and as directed. Supply & fixing in repair FRP junction box with connector 3 phase out side dimensions 140x140x95 mm incl GI bracket of GI Pipe 25 mm dia, clamps with nut bolts complete all as specified . Make :- Sintex cat part No GSJB1414 or its equivalent as approved by GE.

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5 m wide & n exc 1.5 mtr deep, not exc 10 sqm on plan in soft/loose soil for foundation of poles stay, laying of electrical cables, pipes etc complete all as directed.

Returning, filling in soil including spreading levelling watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25 cm in soft / loose soil complete all as directed.

Removal of excavated soil n.exc 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level n. exc 1.5 m above the starting point complere all as directed.

Dismantling only centrifugal motor of capacity 12.5 HP from base plate and shifting to workshop and back after repair work including refixing in it's original position, testing and commissioning complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Complete opening of motor of capacity 12.5 HP for repair/replacement of unserviciable/worn out motor bearing / unserviceable shaft /burned out copper winding etc including re-assembling, refixing in existing position and testing complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
