Earthwork excavation in all classes of soil except soft desigtegrated rock and hard rock not requiring blasting and depositing on bank with all leads and lifts as per SS20B, including cost of all labour, equipments and all incidental charges such as Bailing our water, providing and maintaining necessary cofferdams, sheeting, shoring bracing and their subsequent removal, removal of all logs, stumps, grubs and other deleterious matter and obstructions, trimming bottom of excavation backfilling, and clearing the site and disposal of all surplus materials etc., complete as per relevant standard specification.

Providing and fixing KRAFT PAPER for full width of seating of deck slab and including cost and conveyance to worksite, labour for fixing the same in correct position and all other incidental charges etc., complete.
Providing filter media behind the abutments and wings with clean III GRADED metal 63mm to 11.2mm to 600mm thick and well compacted in layers with smaller sized towards the soil and bigger size towards the wall including cost and conveyance to work site including all labours and other incidental charges including hire charges for tools and plants employed etc., for filter media as per MOST's(Roads wing) specification.
Filling behind Abutments and Wings with clean gritty gravel including cost and conveyance of gravel to worksite, laying, handling charges and filling in layers, tamping under optimum moisture content to get the maximum density including watering, with all leads for water and all other incidental charges etc, complete.
Providing and fixing PVC EXPANSION JOINT in between deck slabs over abutment and pier as shown in the drawing including cost and conveyance of expansion joints including shalimar pad and joint sealant etc, complete.
Supply and fabrication of Fe-500 steel required for all RCC items of works involved in the schedule cost of steel at site fabrication,labour charges for cleaning the rods straightening, cutting, bending, tying grills, including overlapping to the required length whenever necessary and placing the reinforcement in position as specified in the drawings, including cost of binding wire, provision of spacer bars, cover blocks and all other incidental charges etc,complete.

Providing and laying Wet Mix Macadam Base Course of 250mm thickness in two layers of 125mm each or else as specified on the prepared sub-Base with graded stone aggregate and granular materials of quality size and grading placed in layers as specified including mixing in Base mix plant,spreading in nuiform layer in motor grader and compacting with Vibrating Roller of 80 to 100kN static weight and ffine dressing for required grade and cross slope as shown on the drawing,equipment safety measures, testing and incidentals necessary to complete the work as per Technical Specification Clause 406 and as directed by Engineer.
Proivding and laying of Prime coat using Emulsion Bitumen SS-1 at the rate of 9.00kg/sq.m over the CRM surface preparatory to another construction over it.
Proivding and laying of Tack coat using Bitumen Emulsion at the rate of 2.50kg per ten Square Metre over the treated WMM surface preparatory to another construction over it.
Providing laying and compacting Close graded premix carpet 20mm thick with a liauid seal coat which is shall consist of open graded carpet of 20mm thickness in a single course composed of suitable small sized aggregated premixed with bituminous binder with application of lquid seal coat for sealing the voids in a bituminous surface conforming to the specifications.
Supply of NP 3 class RCC 1000 mm dia. pipes supplied by the Contractor at his own cost specified below confirming to IS 458 / 1989 cost of pipe as a finished work including all other incidental charges, testing charges including loading and unloading transport and delivery in good condition at work site as directed by the departmental officers etc., complete for culvert.
Hoisting and Fixing of 1000 mm dia. NP 3 pipes to proper gradient including all Labour charges and all other incidental charges etc., Complete for culvert.
Providing and laying 50mm consolidated thick Dense Bituminous Macadam using 0.24 cum of 26.50-13.20mm, 0..25cum of 13.20-2.36mm and 0.23cum of 2.36mm & below and with 53.20Kgs of VG30/ VG40 bitumen for premixing per 10sqm including cost and conveyance of all materials to CMP site, heating the bitumen and aggregate to required temperature and mixing them in required temperature in central hot mix plant 20-30 ton capacity, conveying the mix by tipper trucks to work site, spreading the mix to uniform thickness of 50mm with paver to the specified grades and cross sections and compacted by Vibratory / Pneumatic Roller to the required density etc., including labour for attending to paver at site etc., including hire charges and fuel charges for 20-30 t CMP with bitumen boiler, tipper trucks, Paver Finisher / 9m paver finisher, Vibratory / Pneumatic rollers and all other tools and plant required, including fuel and all other incidental charges etc., complete as per specification.
Providing and laying Bituminous Concrete 30 mm thickness which work shall consist of construction using coarse aggregates premixed with VG 30 Grade Bitumen at the rate of 5.40% by weight of the total mix confirming to the aggregates and binder as per the job mix formula in the Hot mix plant, transporiting the mix to the worksite, laying with paver finisher and compaction with smooth wheeld and vibratory roller in accordance with the requirements of the specification and in confirmity with the drawing as directed by the Engineer.
