SCHEDULE 'A' B/R Works

Supply and fixing in provision of BLDC (Brushless direct current motor) ceiling fan 5 star rated, complete with blades, down rods, and accessories, 230 Volts, 1200mm sweep, Min air delivery 210 CFM with service value 6.00 BEE, including electrical connection providing twin core round copper conductor cable of suitable size, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- (i) Srl Number of ceiling fan and 'GE North BTD' shall also be writing on fan with red colour permanent marker, cost for the same shall deemed to be included in the quoted unit rate, nothing shall be paid extra on this account, Srl number will be issued by Engineer-in-Charge. (ii) Ceiling fan installed/hanging at site as directed by Engineer-in-charge (from market to AGE E/M store/AGE E/M store to sites /Location, all conditions will be the responsibility of contractor and nothing extra will be admissible on this account

Supply and fixing of PVC insulated, unseathed multistranded, three core twisted copper flexible cable of size 1.5 sqmm complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for concealed point wiring complete with 1.5 sqmm (nominal cross section area ) FRLSH PVC insulated unsheathed and multi strand copper conductor cable 1100 volt (ISI marked ) drawn through and including PVC rigid conduit 20mm dia( heavy duty ) with all fittings and all accessories i.e pipe bend pipe hook, elbow,junction box, pressed steel powder coated sunken boxe of suitable size (min 60mm deep, suitable length and 1.2mm thick ), 3mm thick bakelite plastic laminated sheet for mounting switches and socket ,fan regulator, for light/fan point controlled by one switch, top cover fixed with brass screws & cup washers including provn of 1.5 sqmm FRLSH PVC insulated multi strand copper conductor wire continues as earth wire connected to earth dolly etc including cutting chases in wall and making good distrubed surface of wall/ceiling/floors etc by using CM (1:3 ) to matching with existing surface, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing switch piano flush type, single pole,one way, 5/6 Amps ISI mark, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing ceiling rose 3 plate flush type 6 Amp 250V AC topline series with polycarbonate 20 X 50 mm two to three terminal, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing Fan regulator modular Electronic step type (1-4), socket type 230- 240 volt AC supply, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing in provision of storage type water heater (Geyser) electrical operated 230/240 Volts 25 ltr capacity, BEE 5 star rated complete with all safety equipment and accessories such as safety valve, thermostat, plug top, etc. required for proper functionality & including electric/earth connections complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- (i) Srl Number of Gyeser and 'GE North BTD' shall also be writing on Gyeser with red colour permanent marker, cost for the same shall deemed to be included in the quoted unit rate, nothing shall be paid extra on this account, Srl number will be issued by Engineer-in-Charge. (ii) Gyeser installed at site as directed by Engineer-in-charge (from market to AGE E/M store/AGE E/M store to sites /Location, all conditions will be the responsibility of contractor and nothing extra will be admissible on this account.

Supply & fixing 450 mm long PVC connection 15mm size with PTMT nuts complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply & fixing stop valve/angle valve cast copper alloy, chromium plated with crutch or butterfly handle, screwed down, screwed both end for iron pipe or for brass ferrule 15mm bore complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note :- The minimum weight shall be as given in SSR or in relevant IS.

Supply & fixing bib tap cast copper alloy, chromium plated, fancy type with crutch or butterfly handle with capstan head, screwed down, screwed for iron pipe or for brass ferrule 15mm bore complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note :- The minimum weight shall be as given in SSR or in relevant IS.

Supply and fixing in provision of (concealed in wall or as directed) single pole and neutral sheet metal enclosure (geyser Box) with a two pin and earth plug and socket complete with one single pole MCB of capacity 25 Amps, 240 volts, AC supply, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for fixing of 4 Nos rawl plug of suitable size (4"-6") nuts & bolts, grouting work in RCC/Brick wall, cemented works labour charges for cutting to exisiting GI pipe line of size 15 mm dia in position for insertion of tee or branch connection jointing complete with necessary GI fittngs, plumbing work all as per site requirement.

Supply and fixing galvanized steel tubing (GI pipe) medium grade 15mm bore ISI marked with all new fittings like elbow, tee, union, socket, reducer etc. and fixed complete to walls, ceiling and laid in floor or concealed in walls including cutting chases in wall (as directed ) and making good disturbed surfaces of walls including cutting and threading of pipe complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- charge.

Labour for cutting of existing GI pipe of size 25/20 mm dia in position for addition/alteration or insertion of TEE for branch connection complete with cutting, threading and jointing/fixing including GI fitting as per requirement

Material and labour for Sub main wiring complete with two single core 4 sqmm,1100 volts grade, PVC insulated, multi stranded copper conductor cable FRLSH with continuous copper earth conductor of 4 sqmm in & including PVC conduit size 20mm complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note :-Three run of 4 sqmm copper wire and one run conduit shall be measured as one RM length for payment.
