Amount

1) The estimated amount is inclusive of GST. 2) Comparative statement for Quoted rates shall be based on rates exclusive of GST. 3) L-1 shall be decided based on quoted rates exclusive of GST. 4) The Bidder should quote rates exclusive of GST and quote GST percentage separately. The GST shall be reimbursed on submission of proof by them. 5) The HSN Code for each item should be indicated.

Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of following for existing 100kWp solar system a) On grid Power Conditioning Unit (PCU) of 350-800 V DC Input voltage range and 400 V AC, three phase, 4 wire, 50Hz +/- 2.5 Hz, output voltage suitable to generate AC Power with efficiency not less than 97%, total harmonic distortion less than 3% and suitable for ambient temperature from 0 to 50 degree C. The PCU shall adjust the voltage and frequency level to suit the Grid Voltage Frequency. b) Data Monitoring System complete with accessories. c) Fixing of Array junction box & Main junction box with IP 65 protection and termination arrangement for incoming and outgoing cable along with glands, lugs and other accessories, surge voltage protection etc. as required.

Supplying & laying of Flexible Tinned Copper Conductor min 4 Sqmm Single Core, Multistrand, Cross Linked, Zero Halogen, Low Smoke Insulation and Cross Linked Low Smoke Sheathing, Heat Resistant upto 120⁰C and UV Resistant Solar Cables including connections for the solar plant in the pipe/channel/surface etc. as required

Supply of 3.5 x 70 sq.mm size ISI marked XLPE insulated armoured aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade confirming to IS 7098 /1988 with upto date amendment as required.

Laying and fixing of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size on wall surface as required.Above 35 sq. mm and upto 95 sq. mm (clamped with 25x3mm MS flat clamp

Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required. 3½ X 70 sq. mm

Earthing with G.I. earth plate 600 mm X 600 mm X 6 mm thick including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7 metre long etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm G.I. strip in 40 mm dia G.I. pipe from earth electrode including connection with G.I. nut, bolt, spring, washer excavation and re-filling etc. as required.

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm G.I. strip on surface with sleeve or in recess for connections etc. as required.

Providing and fixing of lightning conductor finial, made of 25 mm dia 300 mm long, G.I. tube, having single prong at top, with 85 mm dia 6 mm thick G.I. base plate including holes etc. complete as required.

Providing and fixing Chlorinated Polyvinyl Chloride (CPVC) pipes, including all CPVC plain & brass threaded fittings, including fixing the pipe with clamps at 1.00 m spacing. This includes jointing of pipes & fittings with one step CPVC solvent cement and testing of joints complete as per direction of Engineer in Charge.40 mm nominal outer dia Pipes

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of Three Phase kWh meter with LCD display with enclosure, CTs, necessary wiring etc., as required.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) in foundation of pump, DG set etc including form work etc., as required.

Checking the healthiness, data monitoring system of existing solar 22nos. 50kWp systems, minor rectification works etc., as required.

Dismantling the existing 100kW off grid solar inverter along with batteries, stand, solar DC cable, re-fixing the existing PVC pipe properly etc., as required.
