Dismantling steel work in single sections including dismembering and stacking within 50Mtr. lead in: i. Channels, angles, tees and flats.

Dismantling tile work in floors and roofs laid in cement mortar including stacking material within 50Mtrs lead. i. For thickness of tiles 10mm to 25mm.

Demolishing cement concrete manually / by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50Mtrs lead. 1:3:6 or richer mix.

Dismantling stone slab flooring laid in cement mortar including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50Mtrs. lead.

Earth work in excavation by manual means in trenches for foundations, drains, pipes, cables etc. (Not exceeding 1.5Mtr. In width) and for shafts, wells, cesspits and the like not exceeding 10Sqm on plan, depth upto 1.5Mtr. Including disposal of excavated earth upto 1Mtr. from cutting edge, disposed earth is to be levelled and neatly dressed in: All kinds of soil.

Providing and laying dry stone soling in foundation trenches hand packed and consolidated by hand ramming (Quarry) including all carriages upto site of work.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centring and shuttering. All work upto plinth level. 1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 Coarse sand : 8 Graded Stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) Crushed.

Centring and Shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for: i. Foundation, footings, bases of columns etc. for mass concrete.

Reinforcement for RCC work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete. TMT Bars

Providing and laying of RCC M-20 grade for beams and columns including shuttering and centring and removal of same complete for fencing .

Providing and laying vetrified floor tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and comforming to IS:15622 of approved make in all colours and shades, laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 Cement : 4 Coarse Sand) including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc. Complete. i. Size of tile 60x60cm

Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made cement interlocking paver block of M-30 grade made by block making machine with strong vibratory compaction and of approved size and design / shape laid in required colour and pattern over and including 0.50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with coarse sand etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The item also includes laying of cement concrete block 1:3:6 mix around tile work.

Kota stone slab flooring over 20mm (average) thick base laid over and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete with base of cement mortar 1:4 (1 Cement : 4 Coarse Sand). i. 25mm thick

Random rubber masonary with hard stone from quarry in foundation and plinth including levelling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 (1 Cement : 6 Coarse Sand : 12 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) upto plinth level with: Cement mortar 1:6 (1 Cement : 6 Coarse Sand).

Dry Random Rubber Masonry with hard stone in foundation and plinth: i. Using quarry stone with bond stone.

Extra for random rubble masonary with hard stone in super structure above plinth level and pto floor 5 level, including leveling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 (1 Cement : 6 Coarse Sand : 12 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) at window sills, ceiling level and like.

Providing and laying damp-proof course 50mm thick with cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 Cement : 2 Coarse Sand : 4 Graded Stone Aggregate 20mm nominal size) Crushed.

Providing and fixing of ornamental M.S grills in panels of size 2.5m x 1.0m inclucing making connection with RCC columns. The job also includes one coat of steel primer and 2 coats of steel plinth of approved brand and manufacture as per the directions of Engineer-in-charge. The job includes carriages of all materials upto site of work complete.

Applying priming coat: with ready mixed red oxide Zinc Chromate primer of approved brand and manufacture on steel galvanised iron / steel works.

Painting with ready mixed synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture in all shades to give an even shade. i. New steel work (one or more coats).

Providing and laying of burj tile work of size 150x50mm for columns of fencing including all carriages upto site of work complete job.

Providing and fixing of lawn type lighting system on RCC work including laying of 25mm PVC conduit, 2.5mm wire, switch, MCB, Pannel board etc. as per site requirement including all carriages upto site of work complete job.

Providing and making of in-situ Gabion work welded in geometrical shapes of required sizes not less than 25cm2 mesh. Opening made of TMT Bars of 8mm and above having 50mm x 5mm flats at spaces not less than 1.0m to be filled inside by Cobb stones / stone aggregate as for requirements and directions of the Engineer-in-Charge including cost of TMT Bars / Flat Iron etc. but excluding cost of Cobb stones / stone aggregate.

Providing and laying green stone work / 50mm round pebbles chisel dressed in Gabion crates.

Providing and fixing of lawn type lighting system of size 0.45x1.52m in gabion crates including layig of 25mm PVC conduit, 2.5mm wire, switch, MCB Pannel board etc. as per site requirement including all carriages upto site of work complete job.

Providing and fixing of 0.15m strip colour coated PGI sheet for circular gabions as per site requirement including all carriages upto site of work complete job.

Carriage of material from source to dumping / actual site of work by mechanical transport. i. Sand and 20mm aggregate from Ganderbal avg. lead 12Kms.

Carriage of material from source to dumping / actual site of work by mechanical transport. ii. 40mm aggregate from Ganderbal avg. lead 12Kms.
