Taking down and refixing the aluminium/copper earthing strips in same position with and including all new fittings and fixtures complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking up or down, steel tubing 15 mm bore, and connection including cleaning for re-fixing or removal from site of work complete all as directed.

Taking up or down, steel tubing 20 mm bore, and connection including cleaning for re-fixing or removal from site of work complete all as directed.

Taking down aluminium chowkats of frames wth shutters (without taking out off shutters from the frame) exc 1.5 sqm and n exc 4.00 sqm each including hold fasts and removing the same from site complete all as specified and as directed. (unit rate shall be inclusive of demolition of cement concrete blocks for embedding hold fasts complete.)

Demolition cement concrete (un reinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and as directed. Note: All debris obtained from demolition shall be removed 1.5km to 2km complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down chowkhats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames) area not exceeding 1.50 sqm each complete all as specified and as directed (unit rate shall be inclusive of demolition of cement concrete blocks for embedding hold fasts complete.)

Taking down chowkats of frames wth shutters (without taking out off shutters from the frame) exc 1.5 sqm and n exc 4.00 sqm each including hold fasts and removing the same from site complete all as specified and as directed. (unit rate shall be inclusive of demolition of cement concrete blocks for embedding hold fasts complete.)

Taking down cement plaster from brick or concrete surfaces of any description including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as directed.

S&F Rolled mild steel Framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering, Doors etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with & including either hooks & hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails & guides) & hanging; also fastening & fixing complete GDE Fe410-0 or Fe 310-O complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Mild steel, plain black sheet 1.25mm thick in hearths; covering to door shutters; covering to door chowkats (frames); chullah hoods; waters tanks; water troughs; ducts; urinal troughs & funnels, etc. cut to size, edges beaded if directed, holes punched; including round headed screws, clout nails or rivets & fixed to wood or steel members, etc., with plain 40mm lap joints or welded/riveted seams including bending, turning up, mitred angles, stopped ends, outlets,etc. as required

S & F pressed steel door frames conforming to IS: 4351, manufactured from commercial mild steel sheet of 1.25 mm thickness, size 105 mm X 60 mm, Profile C, single rebate or more including hinges, mortar guards, lock strike plate, shock absorbers complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F hot rolled medium and high tensile structural steel of grade E165 as per IS 15911: 2010 as in framed work such as grills, grating, etc., with ends of bars of shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes, framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework water tanks and similar work complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Preparation of newly or previously untreated steel surface of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide or zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Materials and Labour for waterproofing treatment to existing RCC roof in the following steps complete all as specified and directed. (i) Complete removal of the existing water proofing treatment including padding (buid in cm/concrete) and removing of debris from premises and cleaning roof surfaces by brushing etc and washing down with water and removing dirt, dust etc complete (ii) Wire brushing and cleaning top surface of tiles, lime terracing or cement concrete, including flashings and junction of parapets, etc., and surface painting, with a layer of blown grade bitumen of any penetration applied hot @ 1.7 kg per sq. m, blinded with grit or pea size gravel @ 0.006 cu.m per sq.m, and lightly tampered (area of flashings, etc., shall be added to the roof area) (iiii) Supply and Laying, chicken wire mesh of size 12.5 mm x 0.51 mm (24 SWG) hexagonal construction including all laps, cutting and waste in fabric reinforcement to PCC roof padding including providing 40 mm thick plain cement concrete (1:2:4) type B0using 12.5 mm graded aggregates as in roof padding. (iv) Providing 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of cement mortar (1:3), mixed with liquid water proofing compound as per manufactures instructions, on concrete surface of roofs or terracing and finishing surface even and smooth without using extra cement. (iv) Waterproofing treatment over smooth finished surfaces after application of cold applied bituminous primer @ 0.30 Kg /Sq M, providing and laying APP polymer, modified,with mineral top finish reinforced membrane, 3.00 mm thick, weighing 3.50 Kg / Sq M, by torch on application method, with minimum 75 mm overlap on longitudinal direction and 100 mm overlap on the transverse direction or as per manufacturer,s instructions complete all as specified and directed. Make of APP Membrane : M/s STP Ltd./M/s Texsa India Ltd./M/s IWL India Ltd./Asain Paints Ltd 3. APP membrane shall be laid and tested by the manufacturer deploying their own team under strict supervision and Leak proof testing with ponding with water shall be done for 72 hours in presence of user representative and report shall be sumitted. Requisite guarantee certificate from manufacturer along with contractor’s certificate required to be furnished after successfully completion of testing. The submission of both certificate is mandatory before issue of completion certificate.

Polymeric membrane shall be taken to cover the thickness of slab and shall be finished by a membrane flushing. Note: (i) Laying of APP based membranes shall be done by torch application or as per manufacturer's instructions. (ii) Side overlaps shall be minimum 75 mm and the end taps shall be minimum 100 mm and sealing of all overlaps & joints as per manufacturer instruction. (iii) For parapets, membranes shall be taken to a height of minimum 60 Cm and then inserted to the parapet in a groove. The same shall be finished by a membrane flashing. Make of APP Membrane : M/s STP Ltd./M/s Texsa India Ltd./ M/s IWL India Ltd / Asian Paints Ltd. 3. Note: - (Water proofing compound will be deemed to be included in quoated rates)

Materials and Labour for rendering 15 mm thick, cement plaster, in cement mortar (1:6) on surface fair face of brickwork in walls and finishing surface even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and Labour for rendering 5 mm thick, cement plaster, in cement mortar (1:4) mixed with water proofing compound as per manufactures instructions over and including 10mm thick backing coat in cement mortar (1:4) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface in walls, including all necessary scaffolding and safety measures complete all as specified and directed Note: - (Water proofing compound will be deemed to be included in quoated rates)

M & L for applying Two 100 % Acrylic Exterior Emulsion paint in camouflage pattern (Three colours as approved by GE) (Berger,Weather coat Advanced XP Brand/Asain Paints :Apex ultima Brand /ICI:Dulux Weather shield Max Brand/J&N:Safeguard Optima Brand over a coat of exterior wall primer on new concrete/wall surfaces at any height including all necessary scaffolding complete all as specified and directed. (Work shall be exectuted through authorised applicator and shall be get approved by GE before commencement of work)

M&L for preparation of new plastered or un -plastered from walls, and applying two coats acrylic distemper on walls, over and including a coat of 1.5 mm thick white wall care putty premium quality and a coat of primer as per manufactrer,s instruction complete all as specified and as directed.Make;Berger (Bison)/J&N(Jensolin)/Asain Piants(Tractor)/Nerolac(Beauty)

M & L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of ceilings and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for cement concrete M15 (Nominal Mix) using 20 mm nominal size graded crushed stone aggregate in lintels upto 1.5 m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs, water troughs, slab staging for water tanks and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating including necessary formworks complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in-charge.

Supplying & fixing to walls and ceiling 15 mm nominal bore, medium grade, galvanised coated steel tube conforming to IS 1239 (Part-1): 2004 including all fittings conforming to IS 1239 (Part-2): 2011 complete all as specified and as directed.

Supplying & fixing to walls and ceiling 20 mm nominal bore, medium grade, galvanised coated steel tube conforming to IS 1239 (Part-1): 2004 including all fittings conforming to IS 1239 (Part-2): 2011 complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and Fix, 3 mm thick sheet glass, ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty in squares not exceeding 0.50 Sq M in each pane with and including hacking out old broken glass (any thickness, size, quality or description) from metal frame including punching or drilling out old glazing pins/spring clips & providing and fixing new one complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fix sheet glass, ordinary quality, 3 mm thick and glazed with oil putty or fixed with glazing pins/spring clips in mental frame not exceeding 0.5 Sqm in each pane complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Sheet glass 4.8 mm thick, ordinary quality & glazing with oil putty in square but exc 0.5 sq.m in each pane complete all as specified and as directed

Preparation of concrete surface of chajja/beam/slab thoroughly abraded to remove all laitance, any trace of loose plaster, oil, grease, paints and any other materials are to be removed by wire brushing the surface. The entire surface shall then be washed thoroughly with plenty of water and then allowed to dry. Defective concrete surfaces cut back to a sound base by chipping and removed loose concrete. Smooth surfaces to achieve by chemically roughened up to 10 Mtr height including applying bond coat of epoxy bonding agent (Nito Bond) & cement in 1 : 1 ratio bonding old and new concrete on damaged surface and all necessary scaffolding and safety measures all as specified and directed. .(The cost of entire operation shall be carried out by approved manufacturers or their authorized applicator and deemed to be included in unit rate).

M&L for cleaning to expose corruded reinforcement of chajja/beam/slab by wire brushing, emery paper or by mechanical means and to remove all loose scale and corrosion deposit and washing complete and providing additional reinforcement TMT bars of approved make, cut to length by electro welding method and applying one coat of rust removing chemical and anti rust coating (zinc) along its full circumference up to 10 Mtr height including all necessary scaffolding and safety measures all as specified and directed. (Manufacturer name of chemical shall be : Fosroc/Sika/Pidilite/BASF) The cost of entire operation shall be carried out by approved manufacturers or their authorized applicator and deemed to be included in unit rate).

M&L for providiing and placing high built repair ready mix concrete (Micro concrete) grade of M-50 specification and strength conforming to ASTM- C109-99,ASTM- C 307 ,BS1881 Part 207 to expose corroded reinforcement of chajja/beam/slab with bonding agent as per manufactures instruction (Manufacturer : Fosroc/Sika/Pidilite/BASAF) proper compaction and finished to proper level upto a depth of 75 mm with and including provision of formwork to the affected portion up to 10 Mtr height including all necessary scaffolding all as specified and directed.(entire operation shall be done by the approved manufacturer or their authorized applicator and deemed to be included in the unit rate)

Supply and Fix, brass chromium plated, towel rail, 20mm dia, , 60cm long between flanges, complete all as specified and directed.Make Cat no.ACN-1111NM of Jaquar or equivalent of Marc/Kohler

S & F in repairs 15 mm nominal size, pillar taps, cast copper alloy body and body components with capstan heads, spindle, washer plate and nut, with screwed shanks and back nut, with or without lettered hot or cold, nickel-chromium plated finish complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F in repairs 15 mm nominal size, nonrising spindle type fancy stop valves as per IS 8931: 1993 made of cast brass including Knob, knob components, divertor & components, nickel-chromium plated finish complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of old painted iron and steel surfaces by scraping & rubbing down with sand paper, removing dense and scratches, if any and filling the same with paste filler and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified. Note : (I) Refixing/welding of rolling shutters duly repaired/overhauled/welded/painted shall be included in the quoted rates of this item. (ii) Fixing of new parts of rolling shutters shall be included in the quoted rate of this item. (iii) Replacing of new parts of rolling shutters shall be paid and measured separately as supplying only under the relevent items. (iv) Makes/Size/Specifications of new parts of rolling shutters as per existing specificarion of rolling shutters. (v) Any damage or loss of rolling shutter during taking down/dismantling shall be made good by the contractor at his own cost.

Taking down Aluminium door shutters any size and refixing in the same opening including making petty repairs as required like cleaning and repair/replacement of beadings, glazing clips, rubber gasket, stoppers, adjusting tower bolts, locks, hydraulic door closer, hinges etc and make smooth functioning with entire satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge complete all as specified and as directed .Note spare parts required to be replaced up to Rs 500 deemed to be included in quoated rates

S & F in repair double action concealed type floor springs (hydraulically regulated) made up of minimum 1.25 mm thick aluminium alloy sheet foundation box, main body with stainless steel top cover, governing pivot made of brass, other parts made of mild steel heavy duty complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and Fix in repair, stainless steel wire cloth, 0.36mm nominal dia. of wire and average width of aperture 1.40mm and fixed with stainless steel wire staples, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for liquid soap container of PTMT fixed with and including chromium plated brass screws and wooden/plastic cleats (minimum weight 105gms) complete all as specified and as directed.
