Preparation of detail project report (DPR) with architectural drawings and structural drawing and detailing (Reinforcement detailing) inconsideration with demolition of the existing hostel building and construction of the new hostel building at 51/1, Hazra Road, Kolkata – 700019. Scope of Work:- 1. Valuation of the existing property should be assessed before e-tendering demolishes the existing structure as per Govt. rules. 2. Preparation of the Detailed project Report (DPR) in accordance with the latest CPWD Delhi Schedule of Rates (DSR) and applicable Government norms. 3. Preparation of complete architectural, structural and engineering drawings. 4. Obtaining all necessary statutory approvals, including sanction of the building plan from the Kolkata Municipal Corporation (KMC). 5. Coordination with the Structural Engineer/Engineer-in-Charge for preparation of structural design and drawings. 6. The quoted consultancy fee shall include all charges towards consultancy services, preparation of DPR, structural detailing, liaison work. KMC approval process, and other incidental expenses, excluding statutory fees payable to Government authorities. During the construction of the building phase wise checking and certification is needed from the soil testing, construction of sub-structure and up to completion of the super structure. Preparation of soil testing and soil test report from any reputed any Govt. organization need to be obtained and expenditure for the same is included. 7. Before submission of the tender, the indenting bidder is requested to prepare PPT presentation regarding the proposed plan of the new building.
