Excavation in trenches not exc. 1.5 mtr wide and not exc 1.5 mtr in depth for laying under ground cable and getting out in hard/dense soil complete all as specified

Excavating in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, laying UG cable etc. n exc10 sq m on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out soft/disintegrated rock complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches by cutting road croosing/ PCC hard standing for laying of pole/cable including making good the existing surface with same finish to match the existing finsh complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in including spreading leveling, watering soil/rock and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick all as specified.

Removal of surplus soil/rock excavated material to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr & deposited where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point all as directed.

Supply & Fix in repair Battery Manuel charger Unit of Rating 30 V, 20 A and AC input 230 V, 50 Hz single phase, DC output 34.5 V, 20 A including Dry type sealed maintenance free batteries rating of each battery 12 volt 100 AH with analog voltmeters, Ammeters etc all are fitted in suitable MS sheet enclosures hinged front operated type suitable for the operation of existing HT 33/11 KV VCB Outdoor/Indoor Panels.

Supply and lay Double walled corrugted pipe (DWC) confirming to IS 14930 heavy duty 63/50 mm bore for cable protection as a guard pipe including required accessories etc. complete as specified and directed.

S & F of RCC floor mounted 4 feet 11KV Cable route marker endorsed with "HT 11 KV UG Cable" duly painted with red on Top & black on bottom portion and including PCC (1:2:4) for fixing type B2 complete all as specified & directed.

Taking down old unsv switch air break gang operated device 11000 volts and supply & install Switch air brak, gang operated triple pole mechanically operated mounted on 15 Nos innsulator and steel frame outdoor type suitable for vertical installation single break provided with locking arrangement consisting of MS channel HT post type insulator copper alloy high pressure assembly with drop out fuses operating rod of 20 mm dia GI pipe medium grade for operating from 1.5 m above GL, complete conforming to IS-1318 of 1972 rated voltage 11 KV and current rating 200 Amps complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F in repairs drop out (DO) fuse unit expulsion type outdoor suitable for HT 11 KV, comprising of insulators, steel base mounting frame , GI nut bolts etc , HT type fuse complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repairs Galvanised Iron cross arms channel, bracing, support, claimps etc fabricated structured steel, sections, including nuts, bolts,washers etc and cutting to required length beat to any shape drilling holes, fixed on poles or jointed by means of elect welding complete incl taking down/dismantling the old items complete in any sub station/ installations structure complete all as specified and as directed. Location:-At Sunset park road side four pole structure and Varnapuri sub stn.

S & F cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for indoor termination heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 50 sqmm to 95 sqmm complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and lay Double walled corrugated pipe (DWC ) confirming to IS 14930 heavy duty 110/95 mm bore for cable protection as a guard pipe including required accessories etc. Complete as specified and directed.

Supply only the ready to use materials for repairing pot holes in flexible roads (Bitumen road), modified all weather bitumen paste in liquid asphalt with chemicals, anti stripping agents, graded aggregated and additives. Can be used in temp in the range of 0 to 50 degree C. complete all as specified and as directed.

Danger notice plate of 1.6mm thick mild steel sheet, vitreous enamelled white, with letters, figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fixed with M.S. clamps, bolts and nuts of approved size, for HT, 25x20 cm size complete all as specified and as directed.
