Labour for laying 150mm to 200mm boulder soling including rough hand packing and ramming down small pieces in the interstices including rolling and preparing the bed to proper level and filling up all the joints with sandy clay or earth without rolling.

Cement concrete with 40 mm down graded Singles excluding shuttering in ground floor ( 1 : 3 : 6 ).

Plum concrete work with cement concrete with 30mm down graded stone metal 40% and stone 150mm and above placed in position as directed excluding shuttering if any.

4 Ordinary Cement concrete (mix 1:2:4) with graded stone chips (20 mm nominal size) excluding shuttering and reinforcement,if any, in ground floor as per relevant IS codes.

Reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in all sorts of structures including distribution bars, stirrups, binders etc initial straightening and removal of loose rust (if necessary), cutting to requisite length, hooking and bending to correct shape, placing in proper position and binding with 16 gauge black annealed wire at every intersection, complete as per drawing and direction.

Hire and labour charges for shuttering with centering and necessary staging upto 4m. using approved stouts props and thick hard wood planks of approved thickness with required bracing for concrete slabs,beams,lintels etc. including fitting fixing and striking out after completion of work.

125 mm. thick brick work with 1st class bricks in cement mortar (1:4) in ground floor.

Plaster(to wall,floor,ceiling etc.)with sand and cement mortar,including rounding off comers or chamfering corners as directed and raking out joints including throating,nosing and drip course,scaffo,ding/staging where necessary(ground floor).

Neat cement punning about 1.5mm thick in wall, dado, window, sills, floor, drain etc.

M.S. structural works in columns, beams etc. with simple rolled structural members (e.g. joists, angle, channel sections conforming to IS: 226, IS: 808 & SP (6)- 1964 connected to one another with bracket, gussets, cleats as per design, direction of Engineer-incharge complete including cutting to requisite shape and length, fabrication with necessary bolting, metal arc welding conforming to IS: 816- 1969 & IS: 1995 using electrodes of approved make and brand conforming to IS:814- 2004, haulage, hoisting and erection all complete. The rate includes the cost of rolled steel section, consumables such as electrodes, gas and hire charge of all tools and plants and labour required for the work including all incidental chages such as electricity charges, labour insurance charges etc.

.Galvanised corrugated iron sheet work (excluding the supporting frame work) fitted and fixed with 10 mm. dia J or L hook-bolts, limpet and bitumen washers and putty complete with 150 mm. end lap and one corrugation minimum side lap. (Payment to be made on area of finished work)(GCI sheet to be supplied by contractor).

Galvanised iron sheet ridging fitted with necessary bolts, screws, washers etc complete.(225mm end lapping)

Colour washing with "ELLA" with a coat of white wash priming including cleaning and smoothening surface thoroughly :

Anodised aluminium Aldrop/ Sliding bolts of approved quality manufactured from extruded section conforming to I.S specification ( I.S. 2681/66) fitted & fixed. (250 mm dia 19mm bolt)

Iron Butt hinges of approved quality fitted & fixed with steel screws, with ISI marks.

Wood work in door and window frames fitted and fixed in position complete including a protective coat of painting at the contact surface of the frames excluding the cost of concrete, iron butt hinges and M.S. Clamps. b) Ordinary Teak

Panel Shutter of door and window, as per design(each panel consisting of a single plank without joint), including fitting and fixing the same in position but excluding the cost of hinges and other fittings. iii) 35mm thick shutter 19mm thick panel Oyher local wood
