Wall painting (two coats) with plastic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture on undecorated wall surface to give an even shade including throughly brushing the surface free from mortar droppings and other foreign matter and sand papered smooth.

Finishing wall with weather proof exterior Apex ultima paint or Asian Smart care Damp proof paint on wall/terrace surface (two coats) to give an required shape even shade after thoroughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt, and remains of loose powdered materials, providing priming coat whereever required etc complete.

Painting two coats (excluding priming coat) on new steel and other metal surface with synthetic enamel paint, brushing to give an even shade including cleaning the surface of all dirt, dust and other foreign matter.

Applying priming coat over new steel and other metel surface after and including preparing the surface by throughly cleaning, oil,grease, dirt and other foreign matter and scoured with brushes fine steel wood, scrapers and sand paper with ready mixed priming paint brushing red lead.

Providing asbestos cement sheets roofing fixed and with G.I. plain and bitumen washers complete excl. the cost of purlins rafter and trusses. Corrugated sheet. 6 mm thick.

Providing and fixing M.S. hollow square pipe of size 40mm x 40mm x 3mm including cost of cutting, welding, hoisting, etc. completed as directed by engineer in charge. (A) Main Gate

Providing corrugated G.I. sheet roofing including vertical/ curved surface fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8 mm diameter with bitumen and G.I. limpet washers or with G.I. limpet washers filled with white lead, including a coat of approved steel primer and two coats of approved paint on overlapping of sheets complete (up to any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces), excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required. 0.5 mm thick with zinc coating not less than 275 gm/ m2

Providing and fixing vitreous china pedestal type wash basin of varmora or equivalent etc. complete as directed by Engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing mirror (size of minimum 0.60m x 0.60m) of standard quality including providing back support, adhesives etc with necessary moulding etc. whereever required , complete as directed.

Providing and fixing FRP frame size 125x65 mm and 35mm thick FRP shutter with wood grain raised panneled design finish shutter having extra reinforcement on sides & edges in Gel coat finish. The core of the shutter & frame is to be filed up with injected polyurethene foam done in situ alongwith embedded wooden pieces for stiffening & also taking hinges & fintures. The whole FRP frame & shutter is to be water proof weather proof, termite proof & resistance to mild acid/alkali. Rates are to be inclusive of S.S hinges with fastener sleeve & alluminium fixtures & fastenings.
