Providing Cable Trench and LTUG Cable for the Construction of 48 HIG flats (Stilt + 4 Floors) POCKET - 3 at Ganapathy, Coimbatore Under Self Finance Scheme,Coimbatore.

Earth work excavation for open foundation in all soils and sub soils to the required except in hard rock requiring blasting, inclusive of shoring, strutting and bailing out water wherever necessary. (Excluding refilling the sides of foundation) and depositing the earth in places shown clearing and levelling the site with an initial lead of 10 metres and lift as specified hereunder etc., complete in all respects complying with relevant standard specifications.( Including refilling).

CC 1:5:10 (One of cement, five of sand and ten of hard broken stone jelly) for foundation using 40mm gaugebroken stone jelly inclusive of shoring, strutting and bailing out water wherever necessary ramming, curing etc., complete in all respects complying with relevant standard specifications ans as directed by the departmental officers.

Brick work in cement mortor 1:5(One of cement and five of sand) using second class Fly ash bricks of size 9"x4-3/8"x2-3/4"(23x11x7cm) having crushing strength of 50Kg/sqcm in foundation & basement including dewatering wherever necessary proper setting curing etc., complete in all respects complying with relevant standard specifications.

Plastering with CM 1:5(One of cement and five of sand) 12mm thick finished with neat cement including providing band cornice, ceiling cornice, curing, scaffolding etc., complete in all respects and complying with relevant standard specifications.

Supplying and fixing of precast slab 75mm thick made in CC 1:2:4 (One of cement, two of sand and four of hard broken jelly) using 20mm size hard broken stone jelly including the cost of slab moulding, laying, curing, transporting, pointing for cover slab and similar works as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and fixing of MS angles of size 25x25x3mm in the trench at a distance of 1.5m interval etc., complete in all respects complying with relevant standard specifications ans as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and fixing of 3 1/2 Core 120 Sq.mm PVC armoured LT UG cable using double compression type plate brass cable crimped type cable luges etc.(copper) with ISI mark,identification tagcable rout mark and relevant materials etc.all complete complying with relevant standard specification and as directed by Dept officers.the brand and size of the cable should be got approved by the competant authority before its use.
