Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick or stone walls etc., including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc., and removal of debris to outside MD land complete all as specified and as directed.

Surface excavation not exceeding 30 cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) in hard/dense soil each not exceeding 0.5 Cum, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm and removing surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 metres and making good disturbed surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for mild steel roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc., conforming to Fe-410-W (Gde E-250) Quality 'A' complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for mild steel rolled sections as in main and cross beams, hip and jack rafters, purlins where connected to common rafters and running rails and guides for sliding doors, fixed with angle cleats or other connecting plates etc., conforming to Fe-410-W (Gde E-250) Quality 'A' complete all as specified and as directed.

Penetration and laps in sheet shall be sealed by using proper sealant profile. HDPE fillers shall be provided wherever required to close voids between sheets, sheet & fasteners etc., as per SSR Part-I 2009 complete.

M&L for anodised aluminium snap grid frame work for false ceiling with size of grid 605mm x 605mm all as specified in SSR Part-I 2009, hangers 6 mm dia. G.I. (upto 1200mm length) adjusting level fixed to roof slabs by means of ceilling cleats made out of G.I. flat iron 40x3 mm size 60mm long and expansion hold fasteners 12.5mm dia. 40mm long including cutting, drilling, jointing etc., 6mm thick non-asbestos fibre cement building design boards fixed or laid/ inserted to aluminium frame work with screws and applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion over a coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 20mm thick second class hard wood boarding as in eaves/barge boards fixed with screws in any situation, clean sawn with butt joints complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 75mm thick PCC (1:3:6) type C1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in plinth protection, surface of concrete finished even and smooth using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 75mm thick PCC (1:3:6) type C2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base of floors, surface of concrete finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 75mm thick PCC (1:4:8) type D2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base of floors complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 100mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in flooring/hard standing etc., surface of concrete finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 25mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B0 (using 12.50mm graded stone aggregate) as in floors complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for glazed ceramic designed coloured tiles in vertical surfaces using size of tiles 450x350x7mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match with colour of tile with and including 10mm thick backing coat in CM (1:4), set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for non-skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular), area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, as in floors etc, laid over and including 20mm thick screed bed in CM (1:6), set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for glossy finished chequered cement concrete tiles 30cm x 30cm x 25mm thick, made of grey cement and pigments, machine pressed as in flooring, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick in CM (1:4) on fair faces of brick work or concrete, surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick in CM (1:6) on fair faces of brick work or concrete, surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in two coats 5mm thick in CM (1:4) mixed with integral water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement over 10mm thick in CM (1:6) on fair faces of brick work or concrete, surfaces finished fair and even complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE: Water proofing compound will be measured and paid separately under relevant item of this schedule.

Supply only integral water proofing compound.

M&L for preparation of new steel and iron surfaces of any description, not otherwise described, over 10cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint of first quality over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of external walls of any description and applying two coats of weather proof antifungal (exterior grade) acrylic emulsion over a coat of primer from the same manufacturer complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls of any description and applying two coats of cement based paint over a coat of alkali resistant primer complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls of any description and applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion over a coat of primer including one coat of wall care putty for smooth surface by grinding etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of old plastered surfaces of walls by complete removal of existing treatment by scraping, washing, cleaning etc., and applying two coats of weather proof antifungal (exterior grade) acrylic emulsion over a coat of primer from the same manufacturer after filling the cracks with filler complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for anodised aluminium partition, window and door/ventilator with frame and shutters and grill fully or partly glazed, sliding/openable/fixed fully glazed and panels fixed with panels inserts 12 mm thick pre-laminated particle board/sheet glass including necessary jointing cleats, glazing clips, rubber beading, neoprene packing, anodised aluminium snap beading, screws, anodized aluminium fittings such as handles, aluminium butt hinges, aluminium tower bolts etc. The size of aluminium section shall be all as specified in relevant IS Code and SSR Part-I complete all as specified and as directed. NOTES: (i) Supply only floor spring, glass, Imax hinges, SS friction hinges, particle board, aluminium fly proof mesh will be measured and paid separately under relevant items of this BOQ. (ii) Weight of aluminium section only shall be accounted for the purpose of payment. However unit rate quoted shall be deemed to include for cost of rubber beading, neoprene packing, fittings such as handles, butt hinges, tower bolts, rollers for sliding windows, locking arrangement and fixing only of panel inserts of glass/ particle board/aluminium fly proof mesh etc. (iii) Weight of aluminium handle, butt hinges, tower bolts shall not be accounted for payment purpose.

S&F solid PVC door frame of size 50mm x 47mm made out of 5mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with M.S. square tube as per specification & drawing, fixed in opening complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F factory made solid PVC moulded door shutter with particle board core, 30mm thick (stiles), with 2, 4, or 6 raised panel design with 2mm thick moulded prelaminated PVC sheet on the front face & 2mm plain colour PVC sheet on back face as per specification & drawing fixed to door frame complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 150mm long aluminium anodised, barrel tower bolts of extruded section complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 100mm size extruded aluminium alloy handles, fabricated type, anodised complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 20mm thick granite work (of any type and shade as approved) table rubbed and polished as in steps, jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking platforms, wash basin counters and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite laid over and including 15mm thick cement mortar (1:4) bedding and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including grinding and polishing, rounding (chamfering) the edges complete all as specified and directed.

S&F rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks, triple layered, ISI marked (cylindrical vertical with closed top), 1000 litres capacity, hoisted and fixed in position all as specified in SSR Part I, 2009 including 25mm dia or bore PTMT ball valve high pressure with epoxy coated aluminium rod & high density plastic ball (minimum weight 455gms) screwed for iron pipe, provision of 40mm/25mm spouts for connecting inlet, outlet, over flow and washout pipes including taking down old unserviceable tank with fixtures complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for forming 12mm thick expansion joints filled with pre-formed bituminous filler and top 30mm primed and sealed with sealing compound, Grade ‘A’ in 100mm thick concrete slab complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for applying one coat of anti corrosive NITO ZINC PRIMER of FOSROC @ 0.25 Litres/ Sqm of the steel area to exposed old and new reinforcement to the full circumference and length of bars to form unbroken 40 micron thick film complete all as specified and as directed. (OR) IPH-411 of Harjas Coatings and Polymers Ltd. mixed with 12mm graded hard stone aggregate laid in thickness of 40mm in columns, beams, slabs and similar structural members including use and waste of water tight form work to facilitate pouring of micro concrete and curing as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified and directed. NOTE: Necessary safety measures shall be taken by the contractor for labour working at high elevated places.

M&L for applying one coat epoxy bonding agent NITOBOND EP of FOSROC as per manufacturer's instructions to old concrete surface of columns, beams, slabs and similar structural members complete all as specified and directed. MAKE: Equivalent product manufactured by Pidilite Industries / IPH-21EB of Harjas Coatings and Polymers in lieu of NITOBOND EP of FOSROC may also be used with the approval of GE.

Removing loose and broken concrete carefully by chiseling/ picking etc upto a depth of 40 mm from column/ beam/slab and similar structural members, cutting edges, cleaning the dismantled portion with wire brushes etc., to expose the reinforcement alround fully and removing dust, dirt and other foreign particles etc., and washing with clean water including necessary scaffolding and shoring upto height of 12 metres complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE: Necessary safety measures shall be taken by the contractor for labour working at high elevated places

M&L for pressure guniting 40mm thick at a pressure not less than 6 Kg/cm² to surface of columns, beams, ceiling and similar structural members in CM (1:3) duly modifying the mortar with mixture of IPH-CC Resin and IPH-CC Hardner of Harjas Coatings and Polymers Ltd. in equal proportion @ 5% by weight of cement (OR) NITOBOND SBR of FOSROC Chemicals India Pvt.
