Taking down unserviceable Sodium Vapour/Metal Halide lamp/LED fittings of any watt and any type from existing position on pole/wall/tower checking its serviceability for reuse/repair or replacement of unserieable items such as electronic ignitor,ballast, capacitor, porcelain holder, HPSV/MH lamps of any watts to make it fully functional, internal wiring in all respect complete and keeping unserviceable fittings in safe custody for re-use in the work complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note:- (i) Spares required for repairs and replacement shall be measured and paid seperately under respective item. (ii) Quoted rate shall deemed inclusive of labour element for repair and replacement of spares. (iii) Inventory of all defective parts required to be replaced will be recorded in a separate register alongwith pole No & location / area and type of light fittings before replacement duly signed by JE, Engineer-In-Charge & contractor and the same shall be produced as and when desired for verification.

Supply only Electronic Ignitor of non integral HPSV fittings suitable for of 70 watts to 250 watts complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply only Electronic Ignitor SI for Metal Halide fittings of any Wattage complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply only ballast copper wounded suitable for HPSV/MH fittings 250 watts and conforming to IS : 6616-1982 (latest) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply only ballast copper wounded suitable for HPSV/MH fittings 150 watts and conforming to IS : 6616-1982 (latest) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply only ballast copper wounded suitable for HPSV fittings 70 watts and conforming to IS : 6616-1982 (latest) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply only 70 watt HPSV lamp ISI marked conforming to IS:9974(Pt. 1)/1981 and IS: 9974 (Pt. 2)/1981, tubular shaped outer shell, internally coated with uniform diffusing powder coated, high pressure sodium vapour lamps with GES cap suitable for 200 to 240 Volts, 50 Hz, AC supply complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and spreading dry coarse sand in trenches for protection of underground electric cable, spread in uniform 23 cm thickness and punned down gently to 18 cm complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. (Note: Punned thickness shall be measured and paid. )

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm in Soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Removing excavated material to a distance n.exc 50 mtr and depositing where directed at level n.exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for well burnt bricks having crushing strength 75 kg/sqcm best quality locally available laid flat, dry in trenches for cable protection complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for galvanized iron tubing 40 mm bore light grade with all fitting for protection of cable, laid in trenches/wall/floor including taking down existing. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note: Excavation ,earth work shall be measured and paid separately.

Disconnecting and taking out the existing unserviceable LT cable of any size, Supply and fixing/laying XLPE insulated GI wire/strip armoured electric power cable (Heavy duty) with stranded aluminium conductor 1100 volts grade, cross sectional area 16 Sqmm 2 core laid in trench /poles/on wall/floor including nut and bolts, clamps as required at site complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. (Excavation, earth work, sand cushioning, protection brick and pipe shall be measured and paid separately under appropriate items).

Disconnecting and taking out the existing unserviceable LT cable of any size, Supply and fixing/laying XLPE insulated GI wire/strip armoured electric power cable (Heavy duty) with stranded aluminium conductor 1100 volts grade, cross sectional area 10 Sqmm 2 core laid in trench /poles/on wall/floor including nut and bolts, clamps as required at site complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. (Excavation, earth work, sand cushioning, protection brick and pipe shall be measured and paid separately under appropriate items).
