Demolition of brickwork or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc. but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

Plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified & directed.

Brick work with old size sub class 'B' burnt bricks , straight or curved on plan exc 6 metre mean radius built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified & directed.

All as per srl item No 3 here in before but except bricks.

Plain Cement Concrete 1:3:6 type C-1, (20 mm graded stone aggs) as in surface channels and drains , all as specified.

Taking down existing plaster of any description on brick wall/ concrete surface including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete, all as specified and directed.

Rendering 15mm thick in Cement and Sand mortar 1:4 over fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement,complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint, complete all as specified and directed.

Framed work such as grills, gratings, etc. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings, framework of water tanks, framed and hung as gates, including pintle hinges, stops, hand-made sliding bolts, etc and similar work conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165, fixed in repairs, all as specified and directed.

Preparation of new or previously untreated steel surfaces of any description, not otherwise described, over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of Synthetic enamel paint (Ordinary tint) over a coat of red oxide, zinc chrome complete all as specified and directed.

Plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate cast in situ in lintels up to 1.5 m clear span, cills, steps, seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings up to 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, water through and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and similar works, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of un-reinforced cement concrete in ground floors and pavings or paver blocks/concrete tiles as in foot path or hardstanding not exceeding 15 cm thickness. (Below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

Concrete interlocking pre polished paver block (Glossy finish), with grey cement and pigment, design as approved, any shape and size conforming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-35 Grade, complete all as specified and directed

Concrete interlocking pre polished paver block (Glossy finish), with grey cement and pigment, design as approved, any shape and size conforming to IS 15658-2006 of 40 mm thickness, M-30 Grade, complete all as specified and directed

Sand filling under floors/paver blocks including watering and consolidation , all as specified.

75mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40m graded crushed stone aggregate) as in sub base flooring, finished even and rough to receive top layer, all as specified and directed.

Exterior grade coloured non skid porcelain tiles, heavy dutyof size 300x300x9-10mm (Endura from Johnson or equivalent as aproved) as in floor, set and jointed in neat slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match the colour of tiles over and including screed bed or bedding layer of 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Factory made precast kerb stone of size and shape as ordered, set and jointed in CM(1:4), all as specified and directed.
