PROVISION OF RAIN SHED AT MAIN GATE AT 3U DET Surface excavation n.exc 30 cm deep and averaging 15 cm deep and getting out in hard/ dense soil all as specified and directed.

Excavating in post holes in hard/ dense soil (or similar holes) each n.exc 0.5 cu. m, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers n.exc 25 cm and getting out watering and removing surplus soil to a distance n.exc 50m and making good surface all as specified and as directed.

M & L hard core of broken stone or boulders of gauge n.exc 63mm deposited spread and levelled in layers n.exc 15cm thick, water and rammed to a true surface but except material complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for providing 125mm thick PCC (1:4:8) type D-2, (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base of floor complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for PCC (1:2:4) type B-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F MS sections as in ISMB, ISMC, angle, main and cross beams, hip and jack rafters; purlins, rolled section where connected to common rafters and running rails and guides for truss/ column/ staircase/ ladder/ SS 316 (HSFGB) anchor bolt for columns of Grade 10.9S / base plates/ gusset plates, wind ties etc., including cutting, welding etc; fixed with angle cleats or other connecting plates complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F 0.63mm thick galvanised, corrugated mild steel sheeting with two corrugations side lap, fixed with coach screws and washers, in roofs, walls etc. with grade of zinc coating 275, as in roof covering/ cladding to wall, fixed with L- type or J-type or cranked hook bolts in lieu of screws all as specified and as directed.

S & F pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for 1.25mm thick galvanised steel sheet as in valley gutters fixed with rivets or other suitable arrangements over MS brackets trapezoidal shape of required profile with desired slope etc ., complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F 160mm bore PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to wall complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F for PVC (SWR) bends any radius 160mm bore complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for preparation of new /previously untreated steel surfaces of any description, over 10 cm width or girth, not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F false ceiling with powder coated exposed GI grid suspension system a grid of 600mm x 600mm, grid of modular size 600mm x 600mm shall be supported by 4mm dia GI wire from purlins/ soffit with and including 8mm thick high pressure steam cured non asbestos fibre cement designer ceiling board (of density >1200 Kg/Cum) of size 595mm x 595mm complete all as specified and as directed.

REPAIRS TO ROADS ALONGWITH ROAD FURNITURE AND SIGN BOARDS Scarifying or picking gravelled macadam surface by power or hand picking to a depth exc 50mm and n.exc 100mm and area n.exc 400 Sqm in one stretch including racking over and grading the broken up surfaces to proper camber etc as required including screening, removal of serviceable/ unserviceable aggregate to a distance n.exc 50m and stacking the serviceable aggregate complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for 75mm thick compacted thickness WBM, with coarse aggregate( granite, trap or basalt) of grading 2 (63 to 40mm size), spread, rolled and consolidated with 08 to 10 ton power road roller to required gradient and camber complete all as specified and as directed.

Description all as per Item No 15 above but except material complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Serviceable material obtained from Item No 14 shall be reused.

Repairs to pot holes any depth n.exc 1 Sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud or water and scoring sunken surfaces in roads, ;path etc; cutting around edges atleast 25mm in depth, making good by applying tack coat at the rate of 5 Kg per 10 Sqm, putting in design mixed bituminous macadam, well rammed and sealed with binder 9.80 Kg per 10 Sqm binded with 0.09 Cum of stone chippings, 6.3mm size & again well rammed (including supply of design mixed bituminous macadam, binder and chippings) depth of pot holes exc 30mm using paving bitumen complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for preparing unsurfaced Water Bound Macadam(WBM) surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bags, removal of all loose dirt etc; and applying evenly priming/ tack coat with bituminous primer @ 10 Kg/ 10 Sqm using paving bitumen of grade VG-30 complete all as specified and as directed.

Description all as per Item No 18 above but on existing black top surfaces and applying evenly priming/ tack coat with bituminous primer @ 5 Kg/ 10 Sqm using paving bitumen of grade VG-10 complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for laying bituminous design mix Semi Dense Asphaltic Concrete(SDAC) 40mm thick (consolidated thickness) with 5.5% binder content by weight of total mix, using paving bitumen of VG-30 grade, laid with mechanical paver and rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient by using power roller of 8 to 10 tonne capacity incliuding seal coat complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for design mix Bituminous Macadam(BM), 75mm or less consolidated thickness by using paving bitumen of grade VG-30, with binder content @ 4% by weight of total mix, laid with mechanical paver and rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient by using power roller of 8 to 10 tonne capacity incliuding seal coat complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F in repairs for Cat Eye road stud ABS body confirming to IRC 67:1977 having total load capacity of 40 tonnes giving reflection on both side, yellow in colour complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F in repairs polycarbonate convex mirror of dia 100cm with adjustable fixing bracket including vertical SS pipe (grade of steel shall be 316) not less than 100mm dia and 6mm thickness, SS (grade of steel shall be 316 plates of size 300mm x 300mm x 6mm, post holes, PCC (1:2:4) bedding of size 45cm x 45cm x 90cm, synthetic enamel painting complete all as specified and as directed.
