Supply and fix voltage stabilizer for automatic operation single phase naturally air cooled indoor type & designed for input variation between 170 V to 250 V with output voltage stabilized at 230 V with accuracy of + 2.5% and of capacity 1 KVA complete all as specified & directed

HOT WATER SUPPLY Supply, Installation, testing & commissioning in replacement of Solar water heating system of 300 LPD capacity having Flat plate collector - 03 Nos of approx size 2m x 1m and 300 litre Stainless steel tank SS-304 grade with puff insulation of thickness not less than 30 mm, outer cladding and check valve at inlet & outlet including necessary PCC work, electric and water connection with electrical heating back up (heating element & thermostate), flange, rubber gasket, nut, bolt washers etc complete all as specified and directed Note: The cost of MS structure for Flat plate collector and Hot water tank will be paid separately.

Providing and fixing 9 kg capacity Dry Chemical Powder (ABC) type (IS-15683) fire extinguishers consisting of welded MS cylindrical body fabricated from 1.6 mm MS sheet internally protected with anticorrosive treatment and hydraucally tested. Extinguisher externally painted with red enamel and fixed to wall with bracket complete with initial filled/charged all as specified and as directed.

Providing and fixing 9 Ltr capacity Foam type (IS-15683) fire extinguishers consisting of welded MS cylindrical body fabricated from 1.6 mm MS sheet internally protected with anticorrosive treatment and hydraucally tested. Providing and fixing CO2 type fire extinguisher of 3 Kgs capacity with steel cylinder with a discharge valve and confirming to IS : 15683. Extinguisher shall be painted with red enamel paint and fixed to wall with bracket complete all as specified and as directed.

Providing ,fixing,testing and commissioning of 8 Zone window type main fire alarm panel for Manual call box, power card rectifier relay for actuation of hooter on respective floor, adjustable timmer, sealed maint free battery 15 AH 24 Volts capable of running minimum of 12 hours with battery charger. LED indicators for fire signal of individual unit. Each floor shall have a separate relay for actuation of sounder. through tone generator and PA panel. Panel shall also be provided with key operated auto dialer and connection to P&T lines with 4 auto programmed into the panel. complete in all respect as directed.
