Taking down carefully existing bituminous felt including plastered lime or cement concrete of any thickness and cleaning of the surface of roof treanches including flushing and junction parapets kerb walls PCC fillets beanching etc with wirre brushes and removing of the rubbish to a distance not exc 500 mtrs and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 mtrs above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting out cracks to V section in existing roof or terrace, cleaning out and filling solidly with a hot mixture of bitumen and clean dry sand (1:1) by weight complete all as specified and directed..

Demolition of unreinforced cement concrete on roofs, floors and paving other than ground floors n.exc 15 cm thickness complete all as directed.

25 mm thick cement concrete type B-0, 1:2:4 (12.5 mm graded aggregate) by using WPC @ 3% by weight of cement surface finished even and smooth complete all as specified and directed. (WPC will be paid seperately).

Supply only water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed.

APP polythene membrane minimum weight 3kg/sqm and minimum 3 mm thick reinforced with polyster non wooven fabric including aluminium foil on top weighing not less than 150 gms/sqm laid on primed surfaces by forced application including bituminious primer @ 0.30 Litr/Sqm complete all as specified and directed.
