Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete etc. as per direction of Engineer-in-charge (length of finished kerb edging shall be measured for payment). (Precast C.C. kerb stone shall be approved by Engineer-in-charge).

Air Walker: Providing, designing and fixing of Air-Walker of size 1330 x 525 x 1420 mm fabricated with main post of 114 mm dia, and 4 mm thick and other pipes of 40 mm dia 4mm thick made up of hot rolled tubular steel and hot dipped galvanized and powder coated 80-120 micron thick using Akzo Nobel or equipement in desired shade and color. All welding joints of pipe shall be robotic welded with joints scalloped as necessary and dressed off removing sharp edges and burns. Zinc primer paint to be applied at all the welding points prior to finishing. All open ends of pipe to be closed with LLDPE caps, base plate cover shall be made of virgin LLDPE plastic by rotational molding with minimum 8 mm thickness, UV resistant and color as approved by Engineer-in-Charge. High quality grip rubber should be used on handles. Foothold shall be made of nylone alloy with rounded edges to prevent impact and injury. Maintenance free bearings should be used in the equipements manufactured by reputed company duly oil sealed and self lubricated to be approved by Engineer-in-Charge. The equipement shall be fitted with in-built limiters. The equipement shall be fixed on ground with concrete of minimum strength M-25 and Base plate made of 330 mm dia with welded bolts and when concrete is set, fixing the equipement on to it and cover nuts and bolts with base cover which should be made of Virgin LLDPE , all complete as per direction and approval of Engineer-in-Charge regarding material, shape of equipement, colour ( of metal, seat and pedal), and fixing of equipement etc. ( the cement concrete and excavation work shall be paid seperately.( Make -Koomplan/ Koochie/ Hugo/ Arihnat/ grand Slam).

Double cross walker: Providing, designing and fixing double cross walker of size 1680 mm x 515 mm x 1780 mm fabricated with main post of 164 mm dia and 4mm thick and rest of the pipe 40mm dia and 4mm thick all pipes made up of hot rolled tubular steel and hot dipped galvanized and powder coated using Akzo Nobel or equivalent of 80 - 120 micron thick. All joints of pipe are robotic welded with joints scalloped as necessary and dressed off removing sharp edges and burrs. Zinc primer paint to be applied at all welding points prior to finishing. Pedals shall be made up of Nylon alloy with rounded edges to prevent any impact or injury and base plate cover to be made up from virgin LLDPE manufactured by rotational moulding with minimum thickness of plastic as 8mm, colorful and UV resistant and environmental friendly. Bearing used shall be maintenance free, duly oil sealed and self lubricated made by reputed company to be approved by Engineer in charge. Equipment to be fitted with inbuilt limiters to prevent unwanted movement. All open ends of pipe to be closed by LLDPE caps for user safety. The equipment to be fixed on ground with concrete of minimum strength M-25 and Base plate made of 330 mm dia with welded bolts and when concrete is set, fixing the equipement on to it and cover nuts and bolts with base cover which should be made of Virgin LLDPE , All complete as per direction and approval of engineer-in-charge regarding material, shape of equipment, colour on metal, seat and base pedal and fixing of equipments etc (the cement concrete and excavation work shall be paid separately).
