Repair/replacement of damaged Central Heating Pipeline at Govt Chest Disease Hospital Srinagar

Site clearance by way of cutting of thorny thick bushes, and shrubs which has surrounded central heating pipeline where the leakage has been detected . The Central Heating Pipeline is passing through the steep mountain behind the hospital premise. The Firm shall engage tree cutter/chain saw for clearing the site . The job further includes engaging of manpower for taking out the debris from the site to another safer place as directed by site in charge so that the area is cleared and further neccesary action be taken. All tools/tackles required for the job shall be provided by the firm.

Replacement of old damaged pipe by way of dismantling the old damaged insulation and cutting the damaged section of the pipeline. The job further includes SITC of 100 mm dia. Mild Steel 'C' Class ERW pipes with fitting like Elbows, Bends, supports etc. as per site requirement including application of anticorrosive paint of approved shade. All tools/tackles required for the job shall be provided by the firm.

Providing & Fitting of Aluminium Laminated Glass Wool insulation of density 48 Kg/m³ (min.) and thickness 50 mm (min.) over the 100 mm MS pipe. The insulating material must be fixed with the piping with the help of binding wire and covered with 0.63 mm × 20 mm mesh wiring netting. The Hot water piping after insulation must be cladded with properly riveted Aluminium cladding of 26 Gauge thickness. All tools/tackles required for the job shall be provided by the firm.

Providing and fitting of Hot water mechanical seal of 5 HP Feed pump of the Boiler which can withhold hot water to the temperature of 110 degree celcius.The job includes dismounting of feed pump and p/f of necessary mechanical seal . The job also includes fitting of the feed pump and testing of the same for any leakages.
