Demolition of brick work built in CM incl quoins, arches, pillers etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for brick work in cement mortar 1:6, using sub class 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6 mtr mean radius complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone wall etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubing down with water etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 15 mm thick cement plaster on other than fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4, to be finished even and smooth without using extra cement with water proofing compound by weight as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified and as directed.d. Note : WPC will be measured and paid separately.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each n.exc 0.50 cum getting out returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers n.exc 25 cm watering and removing surplus soil n.exc 50m and making good the surface in any type of soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of MS steel work in post, gates, boundary wall etc. of any type and description complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Cement concrete 1:3:6, type C-2, using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundations, filling and mass concrete all complete all as specified and as directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh size and type and type of standards, rails, straining bolts etc including provision of binding wire complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only MS galvanished chain link fencing with 3 mm dia and size of mesh 50 mm x 50 mm including line wires including strain bolts, binding wire etc complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal head at one end and screwed the other or screwed both ends each screwed and to be fitted with washers and with hexagonal nut of exc 5 cm length with dia of shanis 11 to 15 mm etc complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F mild steel work such as in fencing post, tie bars etc including embedding into concrete and making holes for screwing of nut, bolts, cutting top to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire etc confirming Fe 410-0 or Fe 310-0 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for framed work as in doors, gates of angle fe -410 gde E 250 qureed section with gussed plates complete drilled or welded to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 2 coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide on new steel surfaces exc 10 cm width or girth etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs galvanized, 2 strand, steel barbed wire, 2.24 mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins incl dismantling of exting barbed wire etc. complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Each line of wire to be measured seperately.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specially provided for including cutting of reinforcement to facilitate demolition (Parapet wall) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for reinforced cement concrete type 1:2:4, using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in fins, fascias, louvres, parapets, and railings, newels, balustrade, and the like complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F TMT bars 10 mm dia & over as in reinforcement of columns, beams, RCC, slabs, chajjas, lintels etc cut to length bent to shape required including cranking, bending, spirally hoping for columns, hooking ends and welding the new reinforcement with old steel bars complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 8mm dia TMT bars, cut to length bent to shape required including cranking bending spirally for hoping for columns, chajjas to parapets etc hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire not less than 0.90mm dia complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Formwork wall amd to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings and similar work etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling stone slabs and tiles of any discription or thickness in floors, aprons etc, laid bedded and pointed in any mortar, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for granite (of any type) work, 20 mm thk (table rubbed and polished) in steps,jambs,pillars, window-cills, cooking platforms and like in 20mm thick screed bed cement screed bed 1:6 including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for machine cut pre-polished kota stone slab flooring 18-20mm thick over 20mm thick (1:6) cement mortar screed bed laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of slab including rubbing and polishing, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for pre-polished kota stone slab 18-20mm thick in riser of steps, skirting, dado and pillar, laid over 10mm thick (1:4) cement mortar screed and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of slab including rubbing and polishing, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs ultra design cement concrete coloured tiles 30cm x 30cm x 25mm thick with glossy finish with grey cement and pigment any pattern and any approved colour, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 60mm thickness machine pressed pre-cast concrete interlocking paver block any size and shape confirming to IS 15658-2006, M-30 grade with grey cement and no pigment, laid over 40mm thick sand cushion and including joints filled with sand, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 25mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 1:6 for laying floor finish complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors, coping, as in kerb stones fixing post and pavings n.exc 15 cm thick below or above ground level (unreinforced) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 100 mm thick, cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-1, using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in floors, pavings and hard standing etc. and finishing top surface with spike rolling to surfaces or making impressions of expanded metal, whilst the concrete is green etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Forming 12mm thick Expansion joints filled with pre-formed bituminous filler and top 30mm primed and sealed with sealing compound, Grade ‘A’ complete all as specified and as directed.

Forming Contraction (Dummy) joints 65mm deep x 10mm wide, filled with sealing compound grade 'A' complete all as specified and as directed.

Cutting of vegetable plant (girth not exceeding 300mm) from roof, terrace, chajjas etc. digging out the roots and making good the surface in PCC 1:2:4 type B1 with surfaces finished to match complete including scaffolding etc, complete all as specified and as directed.

Note :- The contract sum shall be after deducting the amount of credit shown in Sch of Credit of this tender
