Improvement to service road on Karandia Left Embankment RD 0.450 Km to 2.450 Km near Sisua Jena Sahi for the year 2026-27

Clearing grass and removal of rubbish up to a distance of 50 mtrs outside disposal of unserviciable materials with all leads, lifts and delifts including labours, cost, conveyance, conveyance, royalty, cess & all other taxes as applicable & all other taxes as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying Semi Dense Bituminous Concrete (SDBC) with batch type hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of Grading-II(10mm nominal size), premixed with bituminous binder of 60/70 penetration grade of bitumen, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to be required grade, level and alignment rolling with smooth wheeled vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per clause 508 of MoSRT&H specifications for road & Bridge works including hire and running charges of all mechineries with cost, conveyance & royalty of bitumen, metal & chips etc.complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying Bituminous Macadam (BM) with batch type hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of Grading-II(19 mm nominal size), premixed with bituminous binder of 60/70 penetration grade of bitumen, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to be required grade, level and alignment rolling with smooth wheeled vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per clause 508 of MoSRT&H specifications for road & Bridge works including hire and running charges of all mechineries with cost, conveyance & royalty of bitumen, metal & chips etc.complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing & applying Primer coat with bitumen emulsion on the prepared surface of granular base including clearing of road surface & applying primer @0.60 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per clause-502 of MoSRT & H specification for Road &Bridge works(4th Revision) including all cost, carriage. royalty & taxes etc all complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing & applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion on the prepared surface of granular base including clearing of road surface & applying primer @0.20 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per clause-503 of MoSRT & H specification for Road &Bridge works(4th Revision)as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Collecting, supplying and stacking at work site for premeasurement and conveying from stacks spreading moorum in subbase to proper camber and consolidation with P.R.R. with cost, conveyance, royalty, DMF, EMF, Additional chargesand taxes of all materials including hire and running charges of P.R.R. etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to Wet mix Macadam(WMM) specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in Mechanical mix plant, carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sub base/base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density as per Clause 406 of MoSRT&H specifications for road & Bridge works including hire and running charges of all mechineries with cost, conveyance & royalty of all materials etc.complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.
