MAINTENANCE REPAIRS OF SECURITY LIGHTS, STREET LIGHTS, DG SETS AND OTHER CONNECTED ITEMS OF WORK AT AIRMEN MESS AND BILLETS, HQWAC BUILDING, HQ WAC (U) BLDG, GE OFFICE, FIRE SECTION AND OTHER AREA OF WAC UNDER GE (AF) SUBROTO PARK

Maintenance of DG sets 320 KVA Tech area once including attending faults on call basis for normal repairs including replacement of defective & worn out parts by new spares such as filters, gaskets, V belts, Engine oil, rubber hoses, worm drive clamps, nut bolts and cleaning of alternator with vaccum cleaner and CTC attending faults of AMF panels and greasing of bearings of engine and alternator, checking of batteries, adding distilled water, checking of oil and coolant levels as directed by engineer-in Charge. Note : - (i) Spares required for above maintenance will be measured and paid separately under relevant item. (ii) All work pertains to DG set shall be executed only through authorised service provider of OEM of respective DG set. The contractor has to submit MOU with the authorised service provider. The authorised service provider shall give his complete investigation report of respective DG set seperately on his first visit to each DG set. (iii) Servicing of DG set to be carried out as per schedule specified by OEM .
