Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate (size range 53 mm to 0.075 mm ) to wet mix macadam (WMM) specification i/c premixing the material with water at OMC in for all leads & lifts, laying in uniform layers with mechanical paverfinisher in sub- base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller of 8 to 10 tonne capacity to achievethe desired density, complete as per specifications and directions of EIC.

Construction of dry lean cement concrete sub base over a prepared subgrade with coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS:383, the size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, aggregate cement ratio not to exceed 15:1, aggregate gradation after blending to be as per specifications, cement content not to be less than 150 Kg/cum, optimum moisture content to be determined during trial length construction, concrete strength not to be less than 10Mpa at 7days, mixed in a batching plant, transported to site, for all leads & lifts, laid with a mechanical paver, compacting with 8-10 tonne vibratory roller, finishing and curing etc. complete as per direction of EIC

Designing, fabricating, testing, installing and fixing in position Curtain Wall with Aluminium Composite Panel Cladding, with open grooves for linear as well as curvilinear portions of the building , for all heights and all levels etc. i/c a) Structural analysis & design and preparation of shop drawings for pressure equalisation or rain screen principle as required,proper drainage of water to make it watertight including checking of all the structural and functional design. b) Providing, fabricating and supplying and fixing panels of aluminium composite panel cladding in pan shape in metalic colour of approved shades made out of 4mm thick aluminium composite panel material consisting of 3mm thick FR grade mineral core sandwiched between two Aluminium sheets (each 0.5mm thick). The aluminium composite panel cladding sheet shall be coil coated, with Kynar 500 based PVDF / Lumiflon based fluoropolymer resin coating of approved colour and shade on face # 1 and polymer (Service) coating on face # 2 as specified using stainless steel screws, nuts, bolts, washers,cleats, weather silicone sealant, backer rods etc c) The fastening brackets of Aluminium alloy 6005 T5 / MS with Hot Dip Galvanised with serrations and serrated washers to arrest the wind load movement, fasteners, SS 316 Pins and anchor bolts of approved make in SS 316, Nylon separators to prevent bi-metallic contacts all complete required to perform as per specification and drawing The item includes cost of all material & labour component, the cost of all mock ups at site,cost of all samples of the individual components for testing in an approved laboratory, field tests on the assembled working curtain wall with aluminium composite panel cladding, cleaning and protection of the curtain wall with aluminium composite panel cladding till the handing over of the building for occupation. Base frame work for ACP cladding is payable under the relevant aluminium item.s The Contractor shall provide curtain wall with aluminium composite panel cladding, having all the performance characteristics all complete , as per the Architectural drawings, as per item description, as specified,as per the approved shop drawings and as directed by the EIC. However, for the purpose of payment, only the actual area on the external face of the curtain wall with Aluminum Composite Panel Cladding (including width of groove) shall be measured in sqm. up to two decimal places."

Providing and laying 400 micron thick polythene white sheet antifriction layer on the base course complete as per specification with specified overlap between adjacent strip and transverse joints as per direction of Engineer-in-charge

Providing, laying and fixing in position closed -cell, cross linked, pre-moulded, compressible, high performance joint filler board at expansion joints in concrete slab wherever specified and shown in the drawing as per specifications and direction of the EIC,complete in all respects- 20 mm thick

Providing and filling expansion joints with approved polysulphide joint sealing compound (confirming to grade BS:5212-1983) i/c painting the sides of slab upto a depth of 20mm with approved appropriate primer to receive the specified sealing compound, providing and applying bond breaking tape on top eges of joint to prevent accident spillage of sealant on top surface and to give a neat finish to the sealant has been applied and tooled, all complete as per specification and direction of EIC.

Providing and laying pavement quality concrete of producing by batching plant having a minimum work test beam flexural strength of 41kg/cm2 at 28 days using not less than 340 Kg of Cement per cum of concete, coarse sand and graded stone aggregates of 40mm nominal size in appropriate proportions as per specified design criteria and job mix formula approved by the EIC, in airfield pavements laid in panels with necessary dummy/construction/expansion joints as per drawing or as directed by EIC, mechanically vibrated using fixed form paver or steel form work sturdy channels as per technical specification and providing 400 microns thick polythene sheet as antifriction layer over 6mm thick fine sand layer, curing and providing & filling construction joints and dummy joints with approved polysulphide joint sealing compound (conforming to grade BS:5212, 1983) i/c rounding off edges, priming the concrete surface with approved primer and filling the groove 10mm X 10mm deep at top for construction joints and 10mm X 10mm deep at top for dummy joints with approved polysulphide joint sealing compound, the balance depth of dummy joint if any, being filled with esxpanded polyethylene filler board (Armour board) i/c providing and applying bond breader (Polyethylene tape) on Armour board top surface, i/c preparing the surface and applying masking tape on front edge of joint to prevent accidental spillage of sealant on top surface and to give neat finish to the sealant and removing the masking tape after sealant has been applied and tooled and necessary arrangements for expansion joints etc. complete. Note: - Antifriction layer and expansion joint to be paid for separately.
