Finding and rectification of electrical fault by Checking of external/internal elect supply feeder, street light feeder, OH conductors /under ground cables using elect tools, equipments and safety devices after arranging elect shut down of feeders from sub station to remove elect faults like tightening of loose connection, removing of any electric short,meggring of cable, excavation of soil for removing of faulty cable on a particular span and relaying of cables after removing of fault, re-tightening of cable lugs etc all as required at site and as directed by Engr in Charge. Note:- (i) The electrician employed for the purpose will be highly skilled along with one mate and should have all necessary tools and safety devices. (ii) Any major materials used for rectification of faults like Cables,MCB/MCCB/cable jointing kits/cables of any type etc will be measured and paid separately or supplied by department.

Taking down carefully copper/ Aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete (fitting such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets, etc can be measured separately) removing the material from wall/ceiling etc, making good the disturbed surfaces and taken as credit.

Disconnection and taking down Old Exhaust Fan and deposit it to MES store safely. Supply and fix in replacement of ventilating fan of size 250 mm sweep white in colour, plastic body incl necessary addn/altn for fixing of fans including making holes wall/windows all as per site requirement and making good the disturbed surfaces , matching with the existing wall all as specified and directed.

Disconnection and taking down Old Exhaust Fan and deposit it to MES store safely. Supply and Air Circulator/Wall Fan , steel body AC single Phase. 230V of size 450 mm sweep heavy duty with, blades, and frame and louversincluduing all accessories as per site requirement complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking Down and Refixing incl Painting of water heaters (Geysers) of following capacity of any make/model in site with synthetic enamel paint by brush including filling of cavities with fillers one coat after cleaning all dust etc including writing MES numbers etc all as specified and directed for :

(a) Water heater 25 litres capacity.

(b) Water heater 50 litres capacity.

Dismantling following unserviceable items/parts from water heaters of any capacity/make/model, supply and fix new items/parts of same capacity/type/model, connecting up and testing :-

(a) Heating element 1.5 KW capacity AC 230 V and conforming to IS specifications screw/flange type.

(b) Heating element 2.0 KW capacity AC 230 V and conforming to IS specifications screw/flange type.

(c) Thermostat suitable for water heater upto 50 litres capacity.

(d) Indicator lamp any type suitable for water heaters upto 50 litres capacity.

(e) Non return valve 15 mm dia size.

(f) PVC connections with brass check nuts 15 mm dia x 45 cm long for hot water supply.
